DO NOT BUY A BATTERY FROM THEM!!! They changed my battery for me and I decided to go to the Toyota dealership the next day just to get an overall check on my car and Toyota said that the battery that was installed in my car by Towing Recovery Rebuilding Assistance Services was weak and not up to the standard that it should be for my car and sooner than later, it would give out. I am extremely disappointed because I was in a pinch and in need of a battery replacement and after reading the reviews, I thought that they would provide me with a durable battery. I am glad I went to get my car serviced when I did because I was preparing to go on a cross country roadtrip and I'm sure with the bad battery, I would've encountered car troubles. Please just be careful and go somewhere else. Kory/Cory was not very professional with me and I am disappointed with the service I was given.

I contacted these guys from out of state to assist my 83 yo MIL. There are other services out there but I believe none could top the type of service received from Corey. He was attentive and friendly, offered intelligent troubleshooting and had a willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done right and he did it in a very timely manner - during a huge snow storm. He even scraped her windshield and got her car over the large snow pile behind it. He's top notch and I'd contact him again and again!

Requested the Battery Replacement Service. Tech arrived on-time. Very professional. As a Southern woman living in the Midwest, I have no idea how to properly remove snow from my car. The tech was nice enough to assist me with removing the snow from the hood of my car. Replaced my auto battery within 10mins. Old battery removal was included. If I ever need any emergency auto services in the future, Towing Recovery will be the 1st on my list to call.

I needed a new battery put in my car and I don’t have AAA and I did not want to have my car towed for something like this. I’m glad I had someone else do because my engine was also flooded and I wouldn’t haven’t gotten it started even if I had managed to put in a new battery! There is always a reason to call an expert :) Corey was really nice over the phone and being able to text info was super convenient. He showed up when he said he was going to and most importantly it was affordable!

My daughter’s car battery died on Christmas Day (because of course it did). Today I googled a nearby business because I have never had this happen before, and Tow Recover Assist came up. I called, and had an amazing conversation with the person that answered the phone. He asked just a few questions, was totally knowledgeable, and when I told him he should choose the battery for me, because this was his area of expertise, he chose one that wasn’t the priciest. He chose what was best for the car. And within five hours from the first phone call, we had a new battery installed and the car is now running and on its way to work!No one ever posts good reviews, only when they want to complain. I wanted to be sure that good businesses get the recognition they deserve, and Tow Recover Assist deserves all the positive comments I can heap on them.Thanks to everyone there!! And merry Christmas and happy new year!

My battery light came on and called around town and no one had a battery. Corry was so nice very professional. I had a battery in my car in a few hours. Communication was great, pricing was great. He really knows what he is doing! Thanks for such an awesome job. You will want to save this number in your contacts Highly recommend!! I didn’t even have to leave my house!

Great service. My battery was dead and not responding to a jump. Within a few hours it was replaced for the quoted price with no hidden fees. I didn’t have to tow it anywhere or get stuck waiting at a repair shop. I would definitely recommend this company.
