Jorge Munoz helped me throughout my buying process. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales consultant! He was able to walk me and my parents through every step (in English and Spanish). He helped me lock in the black Rav 4 XLE Premium that I wanted. Even after purchasing the vehicle, he has reached out multiple times to check in. Great experience overall!

Pretty good dealership. Shuttle took me home and I rode bike back. Waited quite awhile for shuttle.Advisor told me I’d get a link to pay online to speed up check-out but never got. Def not a premium brand experience though I have a $50k RAV4 Prime.

Bobby Quintanilla was the best overall salesman we have ever experienced at any dealership including Lexus dealers. Took care of our every need to recommending nice affordable resorts to stay while in the Chicago area. Dealership acknowledged the value of our trade, another like new Toyota, and we were exceptionally happy with the deal and complete experience. We agreed on the price the evening before. Arrived at 10am and drove out of dealership at noon with the Certified Platinum Highlander.

I purchase my lease vehicle from this location. The sales people were great. The service department is where I have had my issues. I originally went to the Orland Toyota for all service during my lease. I moved so this location is closer. My first service they didn’t change my oil or rotate my tires. I took it back they offered to redo everything. I got apologies. 6 months later I gave them another try, I asked the advisor for new windshield wipers, front and back. My back one had no blade. My front were streaks. They had my car for 2.5 hours. Paid $57 for windshield wipers. Once again I am here waiting while they do the service again. Only to be told I am sorry.Let’s not be sorry and do the job the correct way.

Had good experiences purchasing my vehicle from here and so did my mother for her vehicle. I’ve also had good experiences with the services for my vehicle. Unfortunately today my mother sat around for over 3 hours for her scheduled oil change. That is completely unacceptable and not how someone expects to spend one of their days off.

Bobby is the best! He was very thorough and honest throughout the whole car buying process with us. He is very knowledgeable, very patient and treated us with respect. He gets to know you as a customer which is a very important skill to have in the business world. I was so impressed with how he managed the whole process. He definitely made it a very easy decision to buy from him and I will refer friends and family to him whenever they need a new vehicle! We appreciated that he stayed late to help us set up our phones for Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay! We also worked with Mike. He was very knowledgeable about the accessory/protection plans that Toyota has to offer and was very patient with us. We ended up not buying any accessory/protection plans but he wasn’t pushy at all and he understood our decision which we appreciated a lot! We also worked with Sherri. She is very knowledgeable and is a really easy person to work with. We ultimately decided to not purchase any extended warranties for the vehicle but she wasn’t pushy at all. She asked the right questions and understood our decision which is hard to find in the business world these days. She was very flexible in case we decided to change our mind on the warranties which we appreciated a lot! She also gets to know you as a customer which is so important in today’s business world. Thank you so much Bobby, Mike, Sherri and the whole team at Toyota of Naperville!

It is usually hard to give five stars to a dealership. This Toyota dealership of Naperville deserves it.Their personnel, service, facility are all top notch. If you're thinking about buying a Toyota, you definitely want to check out this location. They will take care of you not just when buying the car but even many many years after the warranty has expired.Don't get me wrong, the prices for their services are definitely higher than what you would pay at a neighborhood repair shop, but the quality is going to more than make up for the difference in cost.

This was by far the BEST car buying experience EVER! Casey was professional, prompt, and made sure our transaction ran smooth from start to finish! Bobby took extra time to show us all the cool features our new Tundra has and had the truck waiting for us when we arrived. The finance guy made sure we got the best rate and helped us find the best deal for an extended warranty. Can not say enough good things about this dealership and the entire team at Toyota of Naperville!

I chose Toyota of Naperville because I googled Top Toyota Dealerships in Illinois and they came in at #1. Truly that is the case. I was not planning on buying a car right then, but the stars just seem to align. Rich made the process very easy. I would recommend him to anyone. Great service,Given my poor initial experience, Mike Defranze (service director) reached out to me personally. I was able to bring my vehicle right away. Given his background as an experienced tech himself, he drove the vehicle with me for 15 minutes and luckily we were able recreate the noise. Mike called up the parts department to make sure they had the parts in stock and advised me on the best course of action. He also set me up with a loaner vehicle. When the vehicle was done (just within couple of hours) Mike personally drove it to make sure everything was fine. All in all fantastic service and Mike's knowledge is a tremendous asset to his organization. Big thanks to Mike for helping me resolve the issue with my vehicle.

Stay AWAY from Toyota of NapervilleMy wife and I reserved a Rav4 at this dealer, telling the salesman at the time we had a trade-in. Since the car was not to arrive for a while he suggested waiting to discuss price. Yesterday, August 19, 2023, we met with Casey Krakowski, the new car sales manager. Having done our research, we knew what a fair value was for our 2012 Honda CRV EXL in excellent condition. We also knew a fair value for the RAV 4 we wanted to purchase. The salesman we worked with was out, so Krakowski "handled" the transaction. He was rude, condescending and arrogant, and he was that way from go. He basically told us, "I'm going to give you less than what is a fair amount for your car, and you are paying sticker price for ours, so take it or leave it." He offered 8500 for our Honda, well below a fair trade in value. I said, "You will put that car on your lot tomorrow for 12,500," and he replied, "I'll put it on for 12,900." He actually said that and was unaware of just how condescending and arrogant this statement is, which I think is a direct result of the culture within Toyota of Naperville.When I offered a fair value (based on Kelly Blue book data) for their car, and asked for a fair trade in value for ours, Krakowski told me the Kelly Blue book data was not accurate, while at the VERY SAME TIME, confirming that the value it placed on our used car was ACCURATE.I don't write reviews like this, but this was such an awful experience, I need to pass this on to anyone else thinking of buying from Naperville Toyota:Cars are a depreciating asset. As a consumer, you have better information then ever before: A typical new sticker price on a vehicle is 20% over the dealer invoice. Research carefully the value of any trade in.Krakowski acted as if he was the smartest person in the room, instead of just even a touch of humility. My wife was ready to walk out as soon as we started talking price just because of his off putting personality. As soon as I started asking about the dealer's organizational structure and who his boss was, he flipped 180 degrees immediately. On our way home, his boss called us, but after hearing the issues, he only apologized for Krakowski's behavior and made NO attempt to meet fairly on price.Folks, there's a lot of cars in the world, and even if things are slow right now, take your time and find a dealer who actually knows how to treat people and is fair in the purchase process. NEVER accept exactly what a dealer is offering. Do an analysis of the surest way to become a billionaire, and among the best is to own car dealerships, and that happens because the greed of needing to make over 12,000 on yesterday's transaction from an uninformed consumer to a fair amount of 9-10 k is more important these days than basic fairness and decency.I will never step foot in Toyota of Naperville again, and neither should you. If you want to buy a Toyota, there are many better dealers in the immediate area. Help send Toyota of Naperville a message. Shop elsewhere.Respectfully submitted,Ken and Colleen
