Typically a line and 1 person working. I asked the manager/owner if there was any way to speed up the process as we rent a trailer 2 times per week. His reply, " I think it's pretty fast."

Needed to rent a trailer to move my stuff back home from college. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in going over the best option for my situation. Eventually decided on a 6x12 van trailer that easily fit all of my belongings and really aided in making my moving transition as smooth as possible.

Steve at this Uhaul location was so helpful today. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and he corrected it at no charge, even though I'm sure it meant he had a lot more work to do after I left. Really great customer service!
