Turbo Tubs installed a replacement oxone generator in my hot tub a year ago and a few weeks ago it seemed to stop working. I called the store and Jay was very helpful with advice that worked very well. Now the ozone generator is putting out a good quantity of bubbles (ozone) all the time. I have a nearly 20-year-old hot tub that I didn't even buy from Turbo Tubs. Jay was very precise and realistic in explaining the challenges with the repair. Nick did our service and did an excellent job. He was professional and courteous, handled the diagnostic of our older hot tub well, fixing the problem without issue. Very satisfied with Nick's work, will defeinitely use Turbo Tubs again when we need them.
