Called turbo tub told them I was in Roselle and spa not heating they fit me in on Thir schedule .tech Nick called to let me know he was on the way . He showed up did a few check determined the board was bad fixed the issue and tub now working . Nick was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very fair pricing will def use again and recommend thanks Turbo tub

Turbo Tubs installed a replacement oxone generator in my hot tub a year ago and a few weeks ago it seemed to stop working. I called the store and Jay was very helpful with advice that worked very well. Now the ozone generator is putting out a good quantity of bubbles (ozone) all the time. Great service and great advice. In Dec 2024, I came home from vacation to find my hot tub not working, if it froze, it would be garbage. In a panic, I call Turbo Tubs. Brian came out and diagnosed the problem. He said we needed to defrost the hoses inside before he could make repairs. I had an outdoor heater in my shed. Brain stayed and helped me remove my heater from the stand and place it on the hoses. I called back when it defrosted, and he came back and was able to repair it. He saved my hot tub!! Brian is Super nice, very professional & knowledgeable about my discontinued old hot tube.

I have a nearly 20-year-old hot tub that I didn't even buy from Turbo Tubs. Jay was very precise and realistic in explaining the challenges with the repair. Jay took the time to research all options and ultimately fixed the issue. If they can fix this old tub, they probably can fix most any. Very professional and trustworthy team.

Had a great experience with Turbotubs on my hot tub repair. Kiera came out first and was polite and got right to work. She let me know the issue and tried to fix it as much as she could in one trip but we had to order a part. Nick came and installed the new pump and was in and out in no time. Both of them were super respectful and easy to work with. Fair pricing all around, they only charged me for one hour of labor since both trips were <30min which I appreciated. My only feedback for improvement was I wish they had given me a heads up when they were on their way or 30mins out like many other contractors will do.

Nick did our service and did an excellent job. He was professional and courteous, handled the diagnostic of our older hot tub well, fixing the problem without issue. Very satisfied with Nick's work, will defeinitely use Turbo Tubs again when we need them.

"Turbo Tubs is by FAR the Best! TURBO TUBS happily researched the problem, gave an affordable estimate, and then their service techs, ( Nick & Keira) came out and resolved the issue in under an hour! Thank you turbo tub for fixing my hot tub. The motor mounts on my spa had rusted out and even though it was a pain for them to fix (had to lift the spa up to get underneath), turbo tub replaced the pumps and got my spa working again. Would definitely recommend you give them a call for service to your spa!

My hot tub had some major leaks. Turns out it was freeze damage. I went in and talked to Jay. He told me how to find the leaks. After i located the leaks, i cut the plumbing out and brought it all in. Jay pieced together everything i needed to get it up and going. Hands down the best place to get service. When i buy a new hot tub, im going to them. 10 ?'s

*** knows his stuff, and is a no-nonsense business owner.He has kept my Chairman **** (which we purchased used from him) running even when parts are scarce. He is always able to talk me through whatever the issue is and resolve my problem with the most cost effective solution.
