Way over priced for old console repairs 85 to repair a switch lite card reader they cost less 20 bucks for one honestly cant recommend them gonna end up replacing it myself if it was like 50 would of been different oh and I had the switch lite fully open for them already was literally ready to be worked on as soon it was grabbed

So happy I went here instead of The Geek squad. Went to Naperville location and had a great experience. Jonathan was able to quickly diagnose my issue and solve my problem quickly. They were very helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back with any issue. Highly recommend.

I brought my four year old laptop to them because the plastic hinge broke. They could have very easily convinced me to spend $400 on the repair, but encouraged me to save my money and put it towards the purchase of a new laptop. Thanks guys, I will certainly recommend you when I have the chance.

Went in for screen replacement due to hairline fracture on Samsung S24 Ultra.
Casey examined it closely and explained something didn't look right.
He peeled the screen protector I had on it off and handed it back to me. Screen protector was cracked and saved my actual screen.
In times when trust is an issue there are still credible trustworthy people. Casey at ubrealifix is one of the good ones.
He could have easily taken the phone in the back room and called me an hour later and charging $300+.
Great honest place.

I went in just over a week ago because I busted my laptop and the team member I interacted with, he was so attentive, understanding, and helpful. I was not charged for the diagnostics or the temporary fix made for the problem while I decide what to do with the issue. Highly recommend getting help with device issues here.

These folks were awesome! Mom has dementia, inadvertently add a pin to her phone & couldn’t remember it! They reset it back to its manufacture state & although the information was wiped clean she can now get into the device! Thank you to Cory & his manager for helping us here…
