Just left the store. I was carrying in a large box in one hand because it was awkward and she said set it right here and it kind of fell out of my arms and she said you didn't have to throw it. I said Really? Throw it? When I told her I didn't throw it she said she was kidding. I said asking me if I threw it was kidding? She said she has a sick sense of humor. Wow. And this lady is in customer service? Done here. Will either go to the FedEx office in the next building or go to the UPS store in Bolingbrook. Wow. Great job Karen!! I wonder how many other customers you've been rude to that have decided not to return there after seeing so many negative reviews

They charge 2$ to tape a box up….this place is obviously struggling for money, maybe try fedex Nextdoor? They can probably afford tape.

I had a lady get loud with me after I asked when did they change the policy for needing to tape Amazon returns when you bring in your own label.. will be going to the UPS store on Ogden. Unprofessional and rude can’t even ask a question.

Refused to ship to Mexico. 🇲🇽
First they said it was their store policy that they don’t ship anything except for letters to Mexico then stated I needed a tax id in order to ship a box to Mexico but couldn’t explain what a tax id was. 🤔
Seemed like the employees weren’t trained and/or wanted to go home since I came in 10 minutes prior to close. Won’t be back to this location.

I just had a GREAT experience with this location. I had an issue tracking a package. The person (did not get a name) - assisted me. I had to disconnect - but this person (who is great) called me back to make sure she didn't leave a loose end. I appreciate this a great deal. I would say that these guys rock!

What an absolute joke. Tried to return a box for Amazon return. It needed one small piece of packing tape to completely seal the box and they refused to take it unless I paid them $2.00. I will never go back to that store again.

Horrible customer service!!!! They should hire Manager who would check what employees are doing… instead of helping customers they are walking around and talking. Not helping with amazon returns. Please don’t go there. Employees are so unprofessional!!!

I had the worst experience with Karen at store # 2006 in Naperville, IL. She was not friendly and tried to charge me and tell me I needed a label instead of bar code even though my package from Walmart clearly stated that I didn’t and that UPS could label and package it for me. There was a woman returning an item next to me with a barcode as well and her item was processed just fine by the other clerk. I will be calling corporate to report this issue.

Can we all agree that UPS is an utterly enormous rip off? I go in there with an Amazon package. Amazon only gave me one package for two items. Had I really thought about this ahead of time, I would have brought an additional box because I do have them at home, however, I got there and they said you need to purchase another bag And I was like cool, I’ll buy another bag. How much is it? And they were like it’s four dollars. $4 Dollars for a tiny Plastic bag! which probably cost them $.50. And then additionally, my bag was not taped up…so UPs said they needed to charge me an additional two dollars to tape it up. I said “had I known, I would have just taped it at home and you want to charge me two dollars for tape? Ridiculous! UPS in its entirety needs to seriously rethink the costs they are passing on to the customer. Not only that but, the people at this store were not the brightest to say the least - one star terrible place.
