They now charge $2.15 per single page blank and white copy. The .15 plus "a $2 service fee". This is ridiculous.

This is easily the worst UPS store in the area. They tried to charge me $2.25 to print a shipping label. That's insane. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Tried to drop off an item with a label provided by the company I was returning to. I asked if there was any insurance on said label. She said “I don’t know, I didn’t create it” I asked if I could add insurance. “No, the label was already created”. “Why can I not pay for additional insurance “? “Call customer service or the owner “ these people have no desire to help people. This experience has probably broken me from UPS.

Very friendly staff, longest line was 3 people, and only slowed down because they were not ready to do business. Every one of the 100's of prepaid packages that I shipped through this location was handled on time, safely and as promised.
Apparently there is a rule that we are supposed to complain about prices here- but to my frequent user eyes, the prices for last minute convenience items are very reasonable. It is not the shipping locations responsibility to provide you with envelopes at a price you like- prepare your shipment BEFORE you arrive at the carrier's location, and you won't need last minute supplies. And about that free stuff? For UPS to give you free shipping supplies, means we all pay more for your behavior. Not right, not fair to the rest of the world. That's not their job, learn to handle your own stuff without acting entitled. This location has always been a delight to work with, and completely professional in every regard. Even if it wasn't the only game in town, it would still be the best solution for convenient UPS shipping around.

If you are going to open at 8 then open at 8 nothing is more frustrating then pulling up to an establishment 31 minutes after a claimed opening to find it not open!!!
