I had a wonderful experience with the UPS store 1212 S Naper Blvd Suite Naperville IL 60540.
The staff there are extremely helpful and responsive.
I would especially like to thank Lucy Mackey in particular.
She went out of her way to regularly keep me updated about my return packet and personally picked up my return courier from my home when I was away and held it for a week.
I am so thankful for the service render to me.

Beware! There will charge you an outrageous rate if you don’t have a box for your Amazon return! If the product is in a manufacturer box they still make you buy one of theirs.

4/9 Update: finally recieved the return receipt back, just took a very long time...not sure why. Would probably still use this facility in the future as I've had good experiences previously. Thanks for offering further assistance.
Paid $32 to mail 2 certified letters of important documents to the VA to get a mailed delivery receipt back. The employee made a mistake putting the delivery receipt card on one envelope and ended up taping it to the envelope. I'd never shipped this method before and was in a hurry so didn't request he redo it properly but now I realize the PO wouldn't be able to send the card back without difficulty removing it and damage to the envelope with all the tape he put on it. Weeks later I'm left with no delivery receipt and left to call around to figure out the status.
