0 Stars...... I have an account since 14 years old with US Bank. Same account for over 40 years 10 phone calls 4 holds 4 disconnects the Bank gave me 3 Different Addresses for a Wire Transfer. I have never been treated so bad in my life for just asking a Question...! You would think since I am transferring over 5 figures someone would know. One address is posted on the internet..., one from staff..., then one from an Ohio branch... WOW WOW...! They couldn't get a supervisor or find one.... WOW 48 HOURS FOR A Supervisor to talk toooo...! 48 hours for an address...LOLOLOLOLOL...! Total joke, I called my local guy at the small branch, he said use my address... really... answer no# 4How can you even trust this bank.LikeShare

Recently went used the ATM machine in the drive-thru at the branch location. The ATM machine ate my card and froze so I could not finish my transaction or get my card back. I called the branch for help because it is there ATM I am using, spoke with the male banker (name maybe Daniel but not sure) inside of the branch and was told that he could not help me at all. Informed him of what occurred and I was asked if this as a US Bank card or non-US Bank card. This was a non-US Bank card, so I was then told with no remorse I can't help you. Without full explanation of why, he said if it was a US Bank card, I could help by issuing a new one but since it's not there is nothing I can do. Of course, this makes me me upset because I am a US Bank account holder and the lack of assistance is probably the worst customer service I have experienced from a bank. It wasn't until I started becoming irate did he explain without much detail as to why he couldn't help me. But again with no remorse or apology just the attitude of to bad for you I can't help you, what else do you want kinda thing. He then put his manager on the phone who couldn't help me either but at least he apologized and explained everything way better, it didn't make me feel better and I still did not get my card back but at least he sounded like he cared. Bottom line if you are in a sales/service role learn empathy and learn how to make the customer at all levels feel important, even if you can't actually help them.

As soon as I walked in, every staff member immediately homed in on my location and stole all of my coins. Those coins were from my collection I wanted to put in a lockbox. You will not get away with this

I had a savings account here and the service and communication was absolutely awful. They ended up sending all of my money to the state for unclaimed funds after sending me two letters (to the wrong address) and not getting a response from me. All it would take was a phone call to figure out I wasn’t dead. The wait times are awful even if you have an appointment and the staff is unwilling to help with anything they don’t need to do by law.

Recently came to this location to obtain earnest money deposit. The teller informed me after waiting awhile in line that this could only be done inside which would require an appointment. I called to make appointment and had to wait outside in my car since they keep the bank doors locked. Then I was finally allowed inside and told to sit down until someone was available to help me. I was the only customer in the bank. The gentleman then proceeded to take his time helping me after I informed him that I needed to get the withdraw done in time sensitive manner to secure a home before another buyer. After completion, I then had to wait for him unlock the doors to let me out of the bank. It is hard to believe that this transaction became so difficult. The local post office nearby is allowing people wearing masks to come in/out without difficulty and with a limit to the number entering in the building. It shouldn’t have been this challenging to complete a simple transaction at US bank.
