We have a business account here so I brought in a couple bags of change to exchange for small bills (simple task) They told me I could not get any paper money in exchange, they could only deposit the change in the account (unless) I opened a personal account. What is the point of a business account at a bank, if they can’t do simple business bank stuff..

I was in and out within just a few minutes everybody in there was so friendly and were able to help me so quickly! I have been to many different US banks, and I have never been treated better than I had been at this one!!

I've been a USBank customer for many years. I recently made an appointment (via the website) at the White Eagle branch to get a safe deposit box. The consultant we met with was very professional. She helped us to select the right box and explained all the costs and procedures. In addition, she updated our account records and explained other services that may benefit us. She helped us move some money into another account to get a higher return. Service was excellent, prompt and thorough. All of the staff there were quite friendly and welcoming.

Im a black man that visited US Bank today 12/02/2022. I was treated horribly, like i was a criminal. I believe the guy was the manager who i had the bad experience with, also a woman,she may have been a manager as well. I was doing business and went to ask the guy a question he ignored me and walked away like i was invincible. Im going back up there tomorrow to get names to file a complaint with the corporate office.

Tired of getting large bills at their ATM (you can ask for smaller bills but often the machine has none) I sent a check for cash to drive up with my license and a note saying “no 50s.” Sure enough they gave me two $100 bills. Without even asking first. WTH?

The past year or so, this bank has decided it doesn't like to deal with customers. Or, at least it seems that way to me.I tried to reach this local branch bank multiple times via phone (I have three personal accounts with the bank and wanted to open a checking account for an estate in which I am executor and had some questions about what they might need for the account.) With no answer (just robocall hell), I went online to try to reach them. On their website, they clearly push you to "make an appointment" for a just a PHONE CALL! (They are MUCH too important to take a call like a normal bank!) Okay, fine. I'll play their game. On 6/14 I made an appointment for 10:30 a.m. on 6/16. (Note that there is a two-day wait time for appointments.)After scheduling the appointment, I received three "reminder" texts saying, "We can't wait to talk with you!"Clearly, they can wait to talk with me.My appointment time came and went--with no call, no text, no email to explain why THEY missed the appointment! It is now 11:20 (50 minutes past the scheduled appointment time) and still crickets from them.For the past three years, due to myriad annoying customer service lapses, I have often considered switching to an online bank--or at least moving to Chase. (I have other accounts with Chase and they are excellent.) US Bank is a brick and mortar bank acting like an online bank (not wanting to deal with customers in real time--except that the online banks, based on customer reviews, seem to provide FAR better customer service.This was the last straw. I am SO done with the incompetence and arrogance of this bank!

I would give this branch zero stars if I could. Appalling lack of customer service by the man that answered the phone. He was rude and unhelpful. More concerned with how he couldn't help me than actually assisting. He put me on hold to check the availability of an appointment to get a document notarized and never came back to the phone. I hung up after 10 minutes. I have been a customer service manager for over 30 years and would never have stood for this kind of treatment of a customer.Hope the branch manager sees this.

Came in to get help with my HELOC because the US banker I was dealing with online was not the best and well...doing it locally clearly didn't help either. Can't help me with my problems, slow communication, makes false statements about what's going on and no help at all. Lesson learned, just don't do business with US Bank. Reported to BBB and filing elsewhere as this is ridiculous.
