“I purchased a 2015 Range Rover and it was the quickest simplest process I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I reached out to the dealership and was connected with Zoe who was great. Zoe was very nice and pleasant to speak with. The communication was consistent and he really worked with me. He asked that I email all the documentation that was needed that way when I came to the dealership that part of paperwork was done. He stayed after hours waiting on me so I could test drive the vehicle not knowing if I would purchase it. “I’m super, super late, but I could not let this month end without writing about my experience. My husband and I were on the hunt for a month in a half for a new SUV. We had a hard time finding a SUV with everything we were looking for, so we decided to look online and came across two SUVs that we could choose from. We took a trip to Infiniti of Naperville on November 3, where we met Mr. Jesse. He was so pleasant and helpful that it really felt like he was a good friend of ours. That’s how down-to-earth and knowledgeable he was about both vehicles. He made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and that we got all the features we were looking for. We drove off the lot with the Honda Pilot Touring. It is the perfect fit for us. We are glad we took the drive and we thank Mr. Jesse, for his time and patience and Mr. Drew, and Mr. Joseph, in the management department We highly recommend going there if you are in need of a new vehicle.
