Amanda was combative right from the start when my three kids were trying to get a passport. Her customer service was terrible. Avoid this location and go to another one.

Nice friendly neighborhood Post Office! The people are always pleasant, helpful, and call the regular customers by name. Amanda cleans the lobby on her own time! That’s 5-Star customer service.

I would not normally write a review about the post office as I think it typically would be negative, but I Have to say every time I go in this particular branch, the two gentlemen that usually work there are always so very helpful. I had packages to mail and not only were they patient with me while I had to re-tape up a box, but they shared with me a more affordable way to ship the exact same package. Thank you for fantastic customer service And what I would assume is usually a thankless job

Very bad service. This clerk won’t even listen to me what I’m trying say and just turn down the conversation. Gave attitude instead of help.

I have never written a review about a post office before, but I had such a fantastic experience with Amanda. I ran into a little issue with my passport renewal application, but she patiently assisted me. She was extremely helpful. Thank you!

I prefer this post office. I am always treated kindly, and the staff always does an excellent job. I like that the staff takes their jobs seriously, by that I mean they are very direct with their responses and are knowledgeable.

This location has successfully lost a $900 item on 1/8/24. It is now 1/18/24 and they still haven’t updated where it is..”USPS Naperville in possession”. My USPS has advised it is lost while the sender in IL will now have to give my refund of $900 & they are now out that money AND the item!!!
