Needed to be made softer and Erin came out during the busy Christmas Season and made it better.

Quality comfort and affordability were my two deciding factors when choosing my Verlo mattress. I previously shopped many other brand name mattresses. But I was very satisfied with my Verlo mattress (and pillow) choices.
Plus, Verlo's sales and delivery staff were very professional and personable.
I found that to be another important factor when choosing a Verlo product over the competition.

Salesmen and crew John, Silas, and Alex are excellent to work with. This is the only remaining mattress company that will built a double sided pillow top mattress made for your comfort. With quarterly flipping the mattress life is extended without compromising comfort. Thank you for great service.

I’ve been sleeping on a Verlo mattress for 10 years now, and I just had it updated at a nominal cost… way less than a new bed. They have quality products and knowledgeable staff, not to mention courteous and careful delivery men who arrive when promised. You can’t go wrong here!

We have been ordering Verlo mattresses for our family for 18 years. We purchased our first mattress from a local store in 2006. In 2013 we Purchased 11 new mattresses for our lake house in Wisconsin. Eight of those were custom-made to fit the built-in spaces in a bunk room that sleeps eight. Last month we ordered a custom-made California king mattress for our master bedroom. We are extremely happy with the quality and comfort and customer service we received from Verlo. We will continue to turn to Verlo for all of our Mattress needs.

From first visit to test out mattress through to delivery and set up on new mattress/bed frame, all Verlo staff were terrific - very friendly and they followed up and followed through on everything they said they would do.
