They changed the name on a previous dummy account to my name in the hopes of getting this review removed. Now it's 1 star. Been a long time customer but reconsidering over the past few years. Received a random invoice from the President Eric for $30,000. Haven't had work done on our website in years. After numerous run around calls. He says he sent it to the wrong customer. Pretty big oops if you ask me. He also sounded. Spaced out if I had to put it into words. It was the middle of the working day. Not sure. Many employees there sound very much like him. I would be careful with your money around this company. I'm posting this anonymously because this company has a reputation of raising prices on difficult customers. Which is why my buddy who referred me pays much less than I do for hosting. Very shady business practices where prices change depending on who you are.

Wow. Never ceases to amaze me. Eric and his team actually care about my business and its inner workings. Every time i sneak off to find a company that supposedly specializes in this widget i get burned. I've handed over the keys & keywords and have seen a 300% increase in our total business in Covid. I wish I could give a 100 Stars.

If you need a new website or work done on your current site, Visionfriendly is who you want, just give them a call. Seriously, do it. It will be the best choice you make this year. I met with three other local companies to get a quote for the web design work I needed done and Visionfriendly had the best prices. I’ve been working with them for the better part of a year now and my whole experience with them has been spectacular. The short version is: great prices, the best customer service I’ve worked with, and a phenomenal product.Even beyond the great website they delivered, I can tell you that these people have a passion what they do and truly want to help your business succeed.
