Not professional at all. One manager in our project was let go, another quick because of depression or alcoholism, then another ghosted us. Customer service is horrible, we didn’t get reached out to on none of these until we called a dozen times. Then the website was not done correctly at all, I had to hire another designer to fix everything from shipping, to images and products to page layout. It was designed that if I update prices or anything then the page breaks and I have call elite studios to fix it and pay more. Don’t waste your time with this company, they don’t even give you the courtesy of a return call or anything other then leave you in the dark for weeks or months at a time. Also I’m writing this review after starting a project more then a year ago with this company!

I have been working with a logo designers since September 2022. I’ve directly spend over $30,000 with this company to create a game app and website. I still do not have an app or websites they have not showed me a copy or draft of the app in over 6 months and still has to be in the testing phase. They keep stalling and telling me it’s on the way and will be uploaded and each time it’s uploaded it has been declined by Google apps. They have wasted so much of my time and other money that I’ve spent that they insisted I buy, none of the accounts have been used that I had to by memberships and hosting to because of their delay. But they were so instant and told me I needed these things. We are talking hundreds of dollars in website hosting for 2 years and marketing that has never been started. This is not the way to run a professional business.Update- they uploaded the app to Google play and is exactly the same as a year ago, the edits I requested a year ago have not been changed and they say they are working on them now. I only have a template at this point.

Awful experience. No communication, wont return texts, emails or phone calls. Contracted them for a website in April of 2023 and as of Jan 15, 2024 I have not website or refund

Contracted this place for a website in April of 2023 and it is now January 2024 and they have not delivered anything. No response to texts, E-mails, or phone calls. The worst experience I have ever had and we have not received our refund. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They claim to have an office in IL but they are overseas. They lie about everything

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Allen Luke and Isaac know nothing about website development, and I am living proof. Over a month later of putting up with lies, missed deadlines. holding their hands while I, who knows nothing about building websites guided them every step of the way. I even designed a format for what the Buy Page should look like. Like a fool, I paid in advance. Good news, I have many friends in law enforcement, and I could have praised them nationwide. instead I will make it a personal matter to put these scammers out of business.
