They’ve helped our kids so much as they transitioned to a new school and new town. I’m very grateful for their care and the teachers are fantastic.

Set of over experienced ( too stubborn to adapt) and inexperienced staff.

We spent a month in Naperville and my son attended this school. Our experience has been fabulous. The teachers and all the staff are lovely. The facilities are very nice, everything is very clean and the atmosphere is exceptional. My son has learned a lot, he has made friends and he has gone to school very happy every day. Without a doubt, I recommend this school as the best option in Naperville.

My son (18 month) has been going to KB for a year and it has been such a wonderful experience. You can tell everyone at KB loves the children and kids love them.My child has been in 2 classes so far and has had great bonds with all his teachers. Even staff outside of his classroom have told me how much they love him. He continues to come home and shows off all the new skills he learns through lesson plans and active learning. The AD Pam is wonderful. She not only cares about the children but cares about the parents. My little one has bad separation anxiety and she is always there to help me navigate drop offs. I’m so happy she came to KB!KB is wonderful and I highly recommend them if you are looking for childcare.

My son has been going to this day care for almost a year. I have to share how impressed I have been. So much so, that I decided to start working there. Now seeing the personal details of the day-to-day operation makes me even happier. The love and dedication given by the director Rachelle snow, is a sight to behold. She truly treats every child and teacher like family.

Very unprofessional, not suited for special needs kids after being told they were. I can go on and on about this one.

We began sending our daughter to KB when she was just 3 months old, and only about 2 months before the pandemic hit. The center is clean and safe - and I feel the same way (more so actually) once we began sending her back once restrictions were lifted. The communication is top notch - I am never left wondering what’s going on, and if I have questions, I get a timely response. I trust that my daughter’s best interests are in mind and that she is safe and healthy while at KB.

Knowledge Beginnings (KB) has been our son’s child care center for the last 3 years. During those 3 years, many of the teachers have helped mold our son into a well behaved and inquisitive toddler. They teach things we wouldn’t have ever thought about introducing to our son (he knows what a cumulus cloud is already). Over the last few months, the leadership and communication from the center director (Rachelle P.) has been nothing short of outstanding. The center has implemented many safety measures and continues to stay ahead of new developments to always have the students’ best interest come first. If you’re looking for a center to help develop, grow, and nurture your child, look no further.

Melissa is the best director they've had so far! I've been sending my son here for over 4 years now and I never have had anything remotely negative to say about this center. All of the teachers are so great with the kids and truly care about each and every one of them. When we have conferences, they have information specific to each child's progress, strengths, and weaknesses, which I am in awe of considering how many kids they take care of. The teacher to student ratio is always perfect though. My son misses school on the weekends because he has so much fun with his friends and teachers!

My (now) 5 y/o son was at the same daycare in SC from 3 months until we moved to Naperville just before his 4th birthday. I was super nervous about choosing a daycare/pre-k environment site unseen, but the Director patiently answered all 500 of my emails in advance of our move! The day we arrived for a tour, I immediately knew I had made the right choice, and my son started there 2 days later. He has been there over a year now and we wouldn't be happier with the decision we made. Teachers are knowledgeable and caring, the facility is nice and has access to wonderful resources. The regional director stops in often and remembers me and my son each time. Can't recommend enough.

We love KB! All the teachers are great. You couldn't ask for a better Director and Assistant Director. Melissa and Angelica are wonderful people who take time to get to you know and your children. They've always been so helpful. I love how structured the kids' days are and they learn so much!
