Dropped off prescription was told 2 hr wait. 3 hrs later prescription is not ready, asked for representative, placed 20min on hold only to be hung up on. Patients are not beggars asking for free service we're paying customers, and people's wellbeing depend on you, this is unacceptable. Please do better.

Corporate America! The staff works very hard, just can’t have pharmacy with half the staff.I am a true creature of habit, and to have me change pharmacies after 20 years takes an awful lot. But waiting on the phone, waiting in the drive-through, or waiting inside the store for a prescription is truly time wasted.It’s as bad as it gets!

I was on hold for over 30 minutes twice trying to check if a prescription I dropped off was ready, and then they hung up on me. Why are they making me chase medicine around? Do they not have it? What am I supposed to tell to my 70+ year old sick mother, whom I just got home from the ER and needs her medication? Oh sorry mom I dropped the prescription off at 3 pm, and 6 hours later, the "system" says it is still being processed.

Chronically understaffed and does not keep common medications in stock. I don't know who thinks this is acceptable. This is a busy metropolitan area. Staff your GD pharmacy!!!

I was just on hold for 46 minutes at 8:30 pm on a weeknight with only one caller supposedly ahead of me. I am so angry that I may not only move my prescriptions to another Walgreens but to move them to a different pharmacy altogether. This was completely unacceptable.

The Pharmacist, Esther, LIED TO ME. I tried to fill a Rx for my baby but the app said my normal Walgreens was out of stock, but this location had it. So I transferred my Rx to this store. I called to confirm the time that it would be ready and Esther told me that they did not have it in stock. I explained that I really needed this medication for my sick baby and asked if she could please help me find a Walgreens in the area that did have it. So after looking into it, she called me back and told me that my regular Walgreens did in fact have it in stock. She told me she had transferred it over and that they could help me. So I called them to confirm the pickup time. But they told me that they didn't have it in stock! I explained what Esther had told me and asked for clarification. The pharmacist there told me that she very clearly told Esther that she did NOT have this prescription in stock, but Esther told her she had to transfer it back to them anyways because they were our regular pharmacy. Then she called me back and LIED TO MY FACE. WHY ESTHER?! Why not just tell me that they didn't have it? Bc you didn't want to do the leg work of helping a mother find a medication for her sick baby? I am beside myself. Every Walgreens pharmacy is understaffed and you wait FOREVER to get any help, but I've never had someone just outright LIE to me. I'm disgusted. I'll never come to this pharmacy again and I'm seriously considering switching to a different pharmacy chain all together.

very slow. phone tag. never call here. drive thru gets priority over in store. So be lazy and go thru drive thru; god forbid Walgreens promotes a healthier walk. Also, impossible to get answers about whether you can take an over the counter drug with other prescriptions.

Line here was inane... I was second in line and am currently waiting, not exaggerating, 15 minutes at the pharmacy. There are probably 10 behind me... one register open and 4 other pharmacy techs working on filling stuff or standing around talking. Zero sales of urgency. I don't normally come here, and not that they care, but won't be back. Just a word of warning. You may wait in line for no apparent reason
