Worst service I have ever experienced. Ordered my pictures at 9 am they weren’t ready until 12:30. Called twice they told me to come in and they still weren’t ready. Then had to wait at the counter for 40 minutes because a lady told me someone will be with me in 2 minutes until finally one of the workers came over with the worst attitude of all time while I’m still being nice. Awful place

Avoid at all cost. My baby was sick. Doctor called in antibiotics at 9am. Took them over six hours to get it filled. Super slow. Never using them again

This pharmacy is lost. Understaffed at all times. Dont bother calling as they never answer. Ive had nothing but bad experiences here in 2024 so ive moved to a different pharmacy. With sick kids that need prescriptions filled quick, you literally wait all day here and when you show up to the counter to ask where your prescription is the staff either doesnt know how to review their own systems because twice this month they have claimed our orders were not there only to miraculously find them after being pressed about it 2-3x or, they simply havent filled it yet despite being told hours prior that it would be ready hours ago. I hope this pharmacy finds new management and turns it around. Hire more help. Until then, there are far better options in the area.

I have yet to have a successful transaction with this pharmacy. Every time I call to refill a prescription, they give me a date and time to pick up the order. I always give them an extra day to fill the order and when I get there, either a) they aren’t able to fill the full prescription or b) the order isn’t ready at all. They are always confused at my medications and I have yet to find someone who knows what they are doing. A lot of the medications I need are time sensitive and they have no respect for that nor the professionalism to do what they say they are going to do. The store itself is great but I’ve never been to a worse pharmacy in my life. They need to replace everyone in that pharmacy.

This store is perfect example of mismanagement. I came twice for passport photos and after 15 minutes wait, I have to go to other center. Their response is that our camera is broken…. Seriously that is how Walgreen work ?

Don’t go there from the cashier to the pharmacist all are very rude and unprofessional. Don’t ever buy gift cards from here .

Do not buy gift cards from here, the card numbers are compromised and Walgreens will not refund you. Terrible customer service

Most pharmacies seem slow and can be frustrating, but this is quite literally the worst pharmacy I have ever *tried* to pick up medicine from. They don’t understand how to look up transactions made for *express* pay on their own app, and they do not open according to their posted hours. I generally am pretty patient, but it would have been quicker to drive to another location, every time I’ve tried to come here.
