Pharmacy has been very good in my experience! Shopping in the store...not as good. After seeing Flonase was under lock and key, I asked for it at the pharmacy. They paged Customer Service 2X to assist in that aisle. I also hit the button in the aisle which prompted 3 more pages. After more than 10 minutes, I left and went to CVS where I picked it from the shelf myself and paid at the self check. Very easy. Walgreens...wake up!

The worst pharmacy ever. They constantly say they can’t find your medication. Then once my Dr calls they magically find it, however you’ll arrive to find they need ten mins to get the medication “ready”. What a joke. Once upon a time Walgreens use to be so good.

Very poor customer service. The manager i interacted with was rude. She was condescending and that may be because I am asian. I dont know why the higher ups has not stepped in yet. Look at all the other bad reviews. Never going back to this location ever again.

What a poor excuse for a pharmacy. My doctor's nurse called in a prescription for an urgent issue , and the pharmacy claimed it could not have the product delivered for 6 hours. They blamed Uber. Uber blamed Walgreens. So much for 1-hour delivery, which is what they advertise. No wonder their corporation is in so much trouble financially. And Google apparently was bought off by Walgreens, because this is the third time I'm trying to post this exact same review, which adheres to Google's guidelines.

My passport photo was completely screwed up and digitally edited. They refused a retake ! I would never recommend this to anyone!!

Lied to me stating that urgent care never called in my prescription. Turns out they had it the entire time. Called them but put on hold so long the entire staff went on a meal break. When that happens they do not honor that you called before the meal break. Recording just lets you know they won’t answer your call for an additional 30 minutes.

Every time I go to the pharmacy I have to make a minimum of two trips because the first one they've made a mistake or the prescription isn't ready. Even if this place is closer it's worth it to drive to a different pharmacy.

I encourage employees #Walgreens and @Walgreens @WAGSocialCare to join or form a union for themselves and their colleagues to bring better working conditions nation wide. #JoinAUnion #UnionsForAll Walgreens often does not bring out the best in people, I am not proud of how I have performed to an extent there but I recommend don’t apply to Walgreens in general. It’s not worth it. No matter how good the hours may be or the benefits or if you need an immediate job. And employer who desperately hires people almost immediately is of course, going to have problems.

Just terrible! Walgreens stores (and company) has been slowly getting worse and worse over the years! Signed up for a Covid test went in didn’t have it - didn’t have a med that I need daily because of “supply issues!”What! The pharmacist lady is awful -and she smelled like pickles! Girl get some Lume and generously fill those cracks!

Waiting in drive through for over 20 minutes and still waiting. During rush hour they got to staff up better.
