The pharmacist, Marc is very good. Rest of the staff runs around looking busy, but really doesn’t know what’s going on. They can’t get my insurance information right. It has been greater than six months With having to go in and present my insurance card every time I pick up prescriptions.

Not sure what happened with this Walgreens, but the pharmacy drive thru has gotten worse every time I try to pick up my medicine. At times the line has over 3, 4 cars and the wait is close to 20 minutes.

Received an email telling me I needed to pick up my prescription before a certain date, so I went to the pharmacy that very day and picked it up. Two days later, I received a rather rude voicemail from a female pharmacy worker who told me that if I didn't pick up my prescription, it was going to be sent back. I called the store to let them know that I picked it up two days prior. The man who took my call was very professional, but the female who left the voicemail was not.

Very bad service. Waiting at photo shop for 10 minutes no body came to assist. Went to front counter employee was busy on cell phone, told her no body is at photo shop. Later on two lady employee came out from room . and assist us. Not good service. Price also very high not competitor I’ve price

I ordered cards online and received an email they were ready to pick up at the store. The person working the photo counter asked my name and looked in the bins and didn’t see anything. She asked me twice to spell my name and looked me up in the computer. In a snide tone she said there was nothing there since last November. She ever checked the delivered orders and I left assuming I made a mistake. I went to my car, rechecked my email and found I was in the right place. I went back in and said they were there and she checked the email confirmation. She said we don’t do foil cards Not even acknowledging that I was in the correct store. I said that they were shipped to the store. She said oh that’s different. She easily found the package and handed it to me without saying anything. Her attitude was poor and her customer service completely absent. I said thank you and have a nice evening. It was a negative experience which will find me going elsewhere in the future.

Cashiers don’t know what butane is or where to find it, even though it’s directly behind them with the coverages. Didn’t even check or look just continued to check me out without what I asked for.

Unfortunately have to take out of my shopping stops!!! Confusing price labeling, when cashier brings up it was full priced, I asked why if it is labeled that there is $2.00 off was explained that it is for online shopping, so why is advertised in store….. meanwhile at target the price for the same product $6.99 only no coupons needed while at Walgreens $9.99.

Went in this morning for my 2nd Rona booster and I was turned away due to being told vaccine wasn't approved for the age group of 50 and above. Even after showing pharmacist the CDC website, she still said no and the tech confirmed she was correct by saying it wasn't approved for 50 and above. Waste of time, miles and fuel.
