This daycare gives all daycares a bad rep. They play it like they do everything right but when things go wrong? It's not their fault. I will never attend nor recommend another KinderCare again as they really led me to believe something was wrong with my son when even the pediatrician said it was terrible twos. They sent me through so many hoops to where I even had my son evaluated my a speech therapist & behavior specialist. Both were stunned he was even recommended and the behavior specialist pointed out what I had been feeling but no mother wants to admit - that they are picking on him for some reason to get him out of their establishment. This daycare does not have the patience nor the skills to handle the terrible two's, especially with toddlers who have higher energy than others. The behavior they described I have never seen in my son before, especially around other kids his age. I believe they took advantage of the fact that I was more naive and new to parenthood so for awhile I just believed and even admitted to them that I relied on them for help & guidance on how to do things... but after a while it got ridiculous and the stories were not even adding up anymore. It got to the point that the coordinators were stressing me out more than helping that I pulled him out and never looked back. My sons are now in another school with the same sized class environment & thriving. I can't believe I even had to request a parent teacher meeting when my child was so badly struggling...I should've been contacted from the get go rather than it all being brand new informations 2 months AFTER he transitioned into the toddler room. Just ridiculous, I feel bad for letting my son stay here so long when he was clearly not wanted. Shout out to Alexis in the infant room though, she was the best & we genuinely felt that she cared for the kids. The rest..... not so much.

It has been a great experience so far with kinder care. My daughter has learned a lot and The credit goes to all teachers and center director. Management considers adjusting days with some notice and is always open for feedback. I liked the annual Christmas activity hosted by kinder care where kids from different class rooms prepared songs with there teachers. All in all... Great job. Kudos to Jennifer, Raksha, christy, Leslie and other staff@ Montgomery branch.

Love love this daycare!!! My daughter loves the teachers and they love her! I was scared to bring her to a daycare, but they made it easy for me lol...during COVID-19 they made sure our children were safe! West KinderCare definitely feels like family.

I choose this kindercare for my toddler because of the good reviews. They did not meet my expectations. My child was always dirty, when sick they did not wipe her nose, and 2 times when I picked her up she had a high fever. And in response they said they are not doctors. A lot of scratches on her, and one time someone bit her so bad, and I think they didn't even pay attention because my daughter still has a scar from it. At least a few days before we moved to another place, they wrote an email saying they are sorry. They moved her to another "transitioning group" but the price didn't change. With the same price or even less there are other kindercares with cameras and much more toys and excellent teachers. Parents be aware!I am so happy I moved my daughter to another place. She is very happy now.

I have been bringing my daughter here for a year and half now. I started her when she was 2 and a half, prior to that she was with me 24/7. The staff and her teachers helped me feel extremely comfortable with leaving my daughter with them. I was able to bring my daughter to her room, stay with her for a little while and then leave. Sometimes I would try to get her comfortable playing before I left, her teacher always reassured me it was okay. Since COVID, things have changed, you can not take them to there in class room, but please don’t let that discourage you from bringing your little one to this amazing center. Everything, everywhere is different, and it feels great to know that my child is in great care! Especially during these times!

This is the second time I pick up my daughter from here with a new scratch in her face and they always say it’s a new kid and it was over a toy the class size was small. Where are the teachers and what are they doing??? It’s getting really annoying that my kid walks out with a scratch everyday from here I’m considering changing daycare they have an excuse for everything, how come nothing happens to the kids whose parents work there oh I forgot they get special treatment!!! Then you want to email me about my payment!!! EXCUSE ME take of my kids all kids correctly so people want to make a payment !!

I had a tour couple days ago. I was taken to a room for children under 2 years old. the room is very hot. at 3 children hair was not combed. one child snot flowed to the mouth, no one he wiped snot. One child generally sat in one shoe. that's horrible. I felt like I was in a dysfunctional family. I looked into the youngest group through the window and saw the baby lying in the crib, his leg got out between the railing of the bed and the nanny did not straighten the leg, but pulled the child by the body on the other side of the bed. Seriously? and if the baby had a leg stuck? the minimum could be a bruise and the parents would know nothing. there are no cameras, so the tutors and nannies do what they want with the children. parents, do not give your children to this daycare if you are worried about the safety of children!

My child has been attending Kindercare since august of last year and I'm extremely satisfied with the service. They are very obliging and accommodating. They have really worked with our unique requirements of course within reason. The teachers and the overall staff are pleasant and involved and I feel very comfortable dropping my child off. I strongly recommend this location.

Our 1 year old daughter has been attending West Naperville KinderCare for the last 8 months. We have had a great experience at this location. in the infant/toddler room, Ms. Alexia/Ms. Rakhshan/Ms. Megan take wonderful care of our daughter. She is always excited to see them we drop her off. Everyone is very attentive especially to things that come up (like diaper rash, etc) to monitor and handle it with care.Jen & Brianne are wonderful Director/Asst Director and are always helpful and taking care of our needs They are very personable and hands on.Our family has nothing but great things to say about daycare and we feel 100% comfortable placing our trusts with our daughter every day.

We have been very happy with our experience with this daycare center. We have two kids that have experienced both their daycare, pre-school and before/after care options. The center is clean, the teachers are caring, and the parents are encouraged to be involved in the education of their children at this center.

Great environment for young minds. It’s not just a daycare. Kids learn a wide variety of important things during their time there. I love that they teach kids skills, such as writing their names, teaching them sight words, and manners while they eat their meals. Also things that they will need to learn, or know, when they advance on to kindergarten. They have class rooms according to the children’s age, as well as age appropriate learning. From babies, all the way up to a transitional kindergarten class. They also have a program for “school age” kids. Basically an after school program to sum it up. Class rooms aren’t crowded by any means like I’ve seen at other daycares. There’s a really good balance of teachers to children. Kids also get to be kids and play as well. When it’s warm outside, the kids play in a fenced in, outdoor, play area with teacher supervision. My child absolutely adores his teacher, and she does a great job with the kids in her class. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch over my child. She is very patient, kind, and always has a smile on her face. She is amazing with her communication when I pick up my child. She lets me know what the kids did that day, as well as how well my child did with the activities of the day. I would always have to ask that question at other daycares. She fills me in on everything according to my child, which is absolutely wonderful! My child actually looks forward to going to Kindercare! It’s incredible how eager my child is to go there. The kids are all in the same age group in the class. My child doesn’t have siblings, so to be able to interact with kids of the same age, has really made a huge impact on his social skills for the better. They also use an app called Class Dojo, where you can communicate with your child’s teacher throughout the day if need be, as well as they post pictures and videos of the kids doing their activities throughout the day as well. Its very private and secure. You only see your child’s class, posted by their teacher, and reminders of activities from management on occasion, which is a great reminder and very much appreciated. It’s really nice to be able to see your child throughout the day, just by taking a look at the Class Dojo app. It’s comforting knowing that my child will be well taken care of while they are there. My child has been at this Kindercare going on 4ish years if that tells you anything. Miss Marlene, you are the best! Thank you for everything you do!

My daughter has been going here for 3 years now. The staff is so wonderful. They really key in to my childs needs. They are always doing after hour programs and bringing in things for the children to experience. I cannot say enough about this particular center.

The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful! My son is 7 months old and we have been coming here for 3 months now. He is always so excited to go and happy as can be when I pick him up! The communication line is always open which is a huge plus for me. Anytime I reach out with a question they are on top of it right away! I love getting updates throughout the day - the teachers are so good about checking in with how he is doing! The kindercare team takes such great care of him - it feels like we are all family! ❤️
