I've been going to this Walgreens since it opened. In the past 2 years, the service has declined so much, especially at the pharmacy, that I plan to move all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Too bad, this place used to be great. Every time I pick up a prescription it takes 20 minutes of waiting in line to get an already-filled prescription. Meds are almost always out of stock, and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone.

The people there are nice, but they are overwhelmed with too much buisiness. The way to help them is to transfer all your prescriptions to another place. For me, I am amazed at amazon for retail, and now they have prescriptions, so, I bet they're gonna figure out how to get it done. Give your soul to amazon.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is utterly incapable of answering the phone. I received a message that I needed to contact them about a prescription. Called on 3 different days and spent over an hour on hold each day. Finally had to call and ask for the store Manager to get the Pharmacy to pick-up. It is ironic to me that I can't reach a soul (even when it says I am the next caller in-line) and yet I will get an auto-generated call twice a day telling me if a prescription is ready. Walgreens needs to change its model - my wife quit using Walgreens a couple of months ago because of bad service and I am going to after this experience. Pay the money to have someone answer calls as their only job...most are likely not even something it takes a pharmacists to even help but would clean-up the issue of the endlessly ringing phone.

I have COVID and a high fever and my doctor put my prescription into this location the day before. I arrived to find their drive through not working so I was forced to go inside and wait in a long line. When I finally got there they said the order had not been filled, so I waited a little longer only to be told they don't have theCOVID prescription I need that might prevent the virus from becoming serious. I was told to "just go to another Walgreens". I can barely drive with my condition and I should be isolating, the long wait with a mask on my already bad symptoms made me feel a lot worse and now I have to sit on the phone (hour long hold times) and confirm with another location if they even can fill the order. Maybe it's just me but I don't feel this is acceptable level of service for people who are sick.

Most the Walgreens in Naperville are not good. This pharmacy never picks up the phone. Doesn't matter what time of day you cold. I have been there and they just ignore the phone. The only reason I go to this one is because the pharmacy is about 5 minutes from my house. You are better off with the CostCo pharmacy on 75 street or mail order pharmacy. The merchandise in the store is marked-up 30% more than Amazon Prime or 20% from the Jewel Osco that is nearby.

612 Raymond Dr. (630) 428-9171 I called 9/18/23 to see what prescription they had filled for me. I was on hold for 45 minutes before someone finally answered the phone. A women answered and when I gave her my name to see what was waiting, she told me they were busy and hung up on me. This pharmacy has the worst customer service. Every time you call you are on hold at least 30 minutes minimum. Went through the drive thru a different day. There are two lanes. No one was in the second lane. We were waiting forever already. A car drove up in the second lane and the women ignored all the cars in the lane waiting first and took care of the person that just drove up in the second lane. Who does that?

It's probably one of the oldest Walgreens located in Naperville's downtown area. it's by the old Burger Kings across the way from my dentist. So let me tell why I like Walgreens over CVS, because they take affordable health care insurance benefits. They also have list of affordable prescription under $7 incase you can't afford it. So this location has everything including a friendly staff. CVS is so expensive now and once you don't have health insurance is great they turn you away. Walgreens doesn't do that!

Will maintained neighborhood Walgreens. Well stocked and friendly employees. Pharmacy pick-ups are quick and they are helpful if you have any questions

This Walgreens is super convenient due to its location on Rickert/Ogden but they definitely need support in becoming more organized. We typically fill our prescriptions here but there have been mistakes, disorganization and confusion. We also sent our holiday cards here and they claimed they couldn't find them, had to call the walgreens line and then were sent back to this site and then they found the cards. What I do appreciate is it's convenient, parking, drive-thru pharmacy/covid testing and typically have things in stock for the general public.

The pharmacy drive thru is HORRIFICALLY SLOW. I mean, take a lesson from fast food places - if one customer is going to take a long time, have him/her wait to the side and let the line flow. It's not rocket science.

They could not possibly care less. They don't care how many trips you need to make to the store to wait in line, only to find out your prescription isn't ready after all. They are constantly out of even commonly prescribed drugs. Their app provides skimpy, often incorrect information about the status of your prescription. They will let the line backup halfway across the store before opening another checkout. With all of all that, the pharmacy staff shrugs & makes excuses. I can't even count the times the haven't given me all the prescriptions they had ready so that I had to make another trip. Slow, incompetent, apathetic, what else could you want?

Waited over 45 minutes for my COVID vaccine.... so why are we making appointments. This Walgreens is understaffed. I would avoid getting the vaccine here.

Used to be my favorite pharmacy. Had no trouble getting my prescriptions there. I am on about 12 different meds for heart disease and lymphoma cancer and also pain meds and anxiety meds. Until recently I had no problems. But unfortunately Because Walgreens got in trouble for dispensing opiods too freely, I now have trouble getting my pain meds, along with my anxiety meds! Walgreens was recently listed as one of the pharmacies that are under observation. This is bad for people like myself that legitimately need these meds and lately Walgreens gives me a hard time and also they need to look at insurance policies better. I'm always being told my prescription is delayed because of insurance issues and there should be no problems but there always seems to be an issue. The people and staff are nice and very friendly and I have no problems with them. Unfortunately I am thinking about switching to a different pharmacy. I hope Walgreens can recover from this and be the pharmacy I used to like.

I wish I could this place zero stars!! The pharmacist there on 06/12/19 at 1 pm are very rude and unprofessional. We came through the drive thru pharmacy to get my medication and they told us that they just received the order. Which doesn't make sense to me because I was at the clinic an hour before coming to the pharmacy. He told us it would take 15-30 minutes to have it ready and that I would receive a text message . 40 minutes have passed and I walked in asking could I get my medication and they finally had it ready but they couldn't give it to me because another pharmacist had to inform me about the medication. They also said that specific pharmacist had left for lunch 10 minutes ago and won't be back for another 20 minutes while I was waiting outside for a TEXT. Having already waited 40 minutes I couldn't wait another 20 minutes being that I'm sick and needed to rest. Throughout all this I was spoken to inappropriately and I am changing my pharmacist.

This Walgreens is pretty good. The staff is friendly and I haven't had any issues when coming here. Sign up for the free rewards program and take advantage of discounts on products. I would suggest using a different pharmacy because Mijer and CVS have 20 dollar coupons for new or transferred prescriptions.
