I'm not sure what happened but this Walgreens location has REALLY gone downhill. The pharmacy is a nightmare from the inadequate staff to very long wait times. I've given it the benefit of doubt a couple of times, but no more. Will go elsewhere for Rx.

This Walgreens pharmacy has gone way down hill. Understaffed, under stocked and extremely slow.

Can't get my prescriptions transferred away from here fast enough. They really don't care how long you have to wait.

This Walgreens is an absolute dumpster fire. DO NOT waste your time here. The service is awful. The drive through pharmacy lines make me want to vomit. Going inside will maybe save you two minutes but then you'd have to witness the shit show in person. I wish this location would just disappear. THEY SUCK!!

I am giving this Walgreens 1 star because I finally got my prescription. However, to transfer a straightforward prescription from CVS that was valid and had current refills required three phone calls to the store, 3 in-person visits to the store, one call to CVS, and one call to my Doctor. Ultimately, I waited in line at the drive-through for 20 minutes, was initially given the wrong prescription for another patient with a similar name, and almost became a victim of road rage from the VERY angry person behind me who decided it was my fault the line want not moving. I have to use Walgreens because of my insurance, but I am strongly considering a different location. Wonder how confusing that will be for this staff, who are, at best, overworked.

No staff answered my multiple calls at the pharmacy drive thru window on a Saturday afternoon after waiting for 15 minutes. The pharmacist said they are doing their best, but they are understaffed.

At the register whenever I am checking out, the customer service is always friendly and accommodating. What I am disgusted by is the appearance of the location and seeing trash on the floors. Also, whenever I went to pick up my medication, their excuse is too busy but had no problem handling men or people with other medication. The staff is rude and never on time regardless if I call ahead. Furthermore, this location is convenient, but after the remarks by staff it has lost my business and will not be going there.

Awful just awful. No product on the shelves ever and they can't seem to keep an employee there long enough to even be helpful. Underpaid workers with over priced stuff. I've gone here since I was a little girl and it's just sad to see how far it's gone in the dump. There's always someone extremely creepy walking around the store let alone the bathrooms could be the reason for the new covid variants. Just some advice you would be better off going to a Porta potty in India

Every single time I visit this Walgreens location at Winding River and 59 there is an issue with their system at check out. Either it doesn't account for the sale price and the cashier instructs me to go to the photo counter and ask a manager to fix it or the system won't work at all and I have to go wait in another long line. Today it was not ringing up a gift card and the cashier told me that "I was holding up the line and I should go over to the photo counter!" I'm sorry? I was holding up the line as I waiting with debit card in hand to pay for a gift card that their system would not process!? How is that okay for her to say and on top of it not apologize when I questioned her!? I'm dumbfounded by this!!! Think I'll go out of my way to another location when I need to go to Walgreens.

The main benefit to this location was that it was open until midnight. Now, they have cut back their hours and they close at 10pm. What good is having a corner pharmacy if it's closed when you need it? The parking lot at this location is also horrible. I've called corporate headquarters to report the condition of the parking lot, but they don't ever fix it. The most they've ever done is patch it. This parking lot is way past the patching phase. It needs to be redone.

I have been coming to this Walgreen for many many years. I have never been treated so poorly by the store manager, Trina Steels, than I was recently. Not only was she rude, and argumentative, but she was just plain nasty. She talked over me and was extremely dismissive when I was trying to merely speak with her. She seemed very angry that she had to do her job. There are so many nice people out there who would love the job she has. Not only was she a nasty b to me, but she was a nasty to my family as well, who was nothing but nice to her. Not sure how long she's been there, but she needs to go. No one should get away with treating people this way. It's terrible that someone like her even has a job dealing with the public, let alone in a management position. I will be escalating to corporate.

Walgreens Pharmacy saves you money. I took a friend to pickup 3 prescriptions and the total was $348. Unfortunately, we only had $231 - so we were discussing which Rx we would sacrifice. The pharmacist told us "We want you to be able to get your medications." She then sold us a Walgreens Prescription card for $20 which discounted our bill from $348 down to $183. That Rx card saved us over $150 and we got ALL our medications. I am now loyal to this Walgreens Pharmacy.

The people who work at this Walgreens are very good people. This review has nothing to do with them. It has to do with Walgreens, the corporation. We know that the best deals at Walgreens are to buy more than one of an item. The other day, I saw a four for $10 deal. Tonight, I went in to make that purchase, but the items were no longer on sale...or were they? After I paid for two of the items, it occurred to me that it was Saturday. I asked the clerk when the sales run through, and I was told Saturday. They had pulled the sale tags. I was told that is Walgreen's policy. That policy stinks. Walgreens corporate knows it too, but they know that most people probably won't notice or care. That stinks too. As it stands, Walgreens is trying to be a convenience store with both makeup and a pharmacy, but with better prices. They would have more credibility if they didn't pull sale tags until after the sale is over. And while I am at it, Walgreens needs to hire somebody who knows how to design check out lanes. Sometimes, their staff is overwhelmed while the customers have to run all over to get checked out. One more stink.

It's pretty straight forward, you either like Walgreens or you don't. You either like Walgreens or you like CVS. You need medicine, where do you go?
