I couldn't have ask for a better experience from a body shop. The staff was great and the work they did on my Honda was even better. It was top notch. As someone who has been in the auto restoration field for nearly 30 years (and has seen alot of subpar bodywork performed elsewhere over the years) I am so happy I chose White Eagle in Naperville when I actually needed work done on my own vehicle.

White Eagle Auto in Naperville was horrible starting with lack of communication, disingenuous about communicating with the insurance company, management hanging up the phone on customers, the inability to complete the work on the vehicle After bringing the vehicle back a second time. I would never recommend white Eagle auto in Naperville to anyone!

They put parts on the car that didn't fit properly, painted them and left it like that. Didn't put everything back completely, some parts were missing, etc a long list of subpar work. The took passenger seat out, use the wrong bolts to put it back and didn't tighten them down, my mechanic found this issue. The service manager lied about when things we going get done and never called me back, I had to repeatedly call their office to finally talk to him. Please don't take your car to this shop, they don't do quality work.

I can't recommend White Eagle enough! The whole process of getting my car repaired (dent repair and paint), from estimate to pick-up, was fast, efficient, and pleasant, and the quality of the work was excellent. I received three status update calls during the course of the week to let me know how the work was progressing, and when I picked up my car, it looked better than new! I was especially thrilled that the exterior, as well as the entire interior, had been meticulously cleaned and detailed - that was such a pleasant surprise and bonus. I hope I don't need any body work done on my car again ;0 but if I do, I will definitely return to White Eagle.

I’d go back. The front desk and the rest of the employees seem very nice. The actual work on my vehicle looks restored to the original condition. I was expecting a light car wash, but instead got a full detail which was very nice. The car was returned to me shining, and so far I have not found any issues.

If you value your safety (most of us do), stay far away. White Eagle repaired my vehicle due to a car accident where I was hit by a fast-moving vehicle. I have had to return to White Eagle four times due to problems following the initial repair for varying issues. However, one of their errors could have resulted in harm not only to us but others on the road. The spare tire came loose while driving in traffic and flew directly towards the car behind me (nothing was on the road, nothing was hit, no debris was on the road, etc.). This auto body shop has come up with countless excuses for the issues and problems. The vehicle was taken directly for another evaluation, which confirmed that the excuses I received from White Eagle were false. White Eagle does not hold up their warranty or take accountability. Stay far away from this auto body shop.

They did a great job on the repair. I couldn't believe how nice it looked. Their communication with my insurance company was spot on. The two things that could have been better are the estimated time for service was 4-5 days. It was about twice that long. Also communication with me as far as updates was lacking. Now that being said the repair taking as long as it did may be standard anywhere you go. They did good work. I'm happy with the end result. I highly recommend them. Thankyou!

otherwise just a mid experience. okay service, okay repair most shops are about like this so go wherever the wind takes ya.

Called to try and get an appointment to get an estimate for my car driver door and young lady who answered the phone was very rude. This was my first time calling and my last time!!!!
