Spent 1 hrs trying to order a pizza. Ai could not get it right and no one would take the phone call so went to the store to order and all employees on there phones texting and not answering the phone that was ringing. Management should be fired for letting this happen. Walked out and will never be back. Never go to Nashville IL Casey. No respect for costumers

Always hear complains about the Nashville location but gave it a shot… my pizza was supposed to be ready at 1:28PM and I got there at 1:40 and it still wasn’t ready. Have to agree with everyone else on this…don’t go here if you’re on a schedule and don’t have time to waste standing by the register, waiting for your pizza to be done super late.

Ordered a pizza last night. AGAIN, order screwed up even after was read back to me. Tasted like stained paper. Extreme minimal toppings. Toppings were not correct either. Position or type. As usual. No"Thank you" checking out. Getting to be standard procedure. Done buying pizza from Nashville, Illinois Casey's.

Ordered a meat extravaganza pizza and it was not the greatest. Who ever made that pizza needs more practice. They put the ham on the bottom so every piece I tried to eat everything kept falling off my ?.

The Employees were very friendly and inside the store and the gas pumps weren't crowded... My friend and I were in/out and on our way quickly... I also like their "CUSTOMER REWARDS"!!!

Cashiers don’t know how to make change. My visit for a $2.12 purchase costed me $3.12 because the cashier did not know how to use the cash register and how to make change. Even the customers I was holding up, were arguing for me. The clerk would not give me my correct change. I finally left, minus $1.00, with a perplexed, stupid looking clerk. I will never go back. Be careful.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Casey's in Nashville and will never return. My last time ordering a pizza It was 20 minutes late and the order was made wrong. The staff is lazy and rude. When I figured out that my pizza had onions on it when it was ordered without, I called them an was trying to explain that my order was incorrect I was told that I am not allowed in their store that the former manager Lisa was no longer working there and was hung up on. When my mother who is almost 79 years old took the pizza back in there to get a refund she showed them the order receipt and told the rude teenager that it was made wrong and wanted a refund she was told that she cannot speak to him in that tone and demanded my debit card to give a refund that she didn't have. If you want good service in our area I highly recommend Pinckneyville Casey's where you will get good service and treated with the respect that you deserve for spending your hard earned money. Today's youth have no respect or know what work is today sadly and make 3 times what I made at minimum wage as a teenager. If I could give negative stars for this store I would!!

On multiple occasions I have gone into the store to find it almost empty as in it does not appear that anyone actually works there. I guess it must be the crowd of people out front enjoying a smoke break. It is nice to see however that the cold beverage cooler is apparently self service as I have seen multiple customers go into the cooler to retrieve their sodas and other various drinks. I mean who would want to stock anything since the customers will do it for you. I would speak to the manager about this but there doesn't appear to be one. Oh well, I guess the new business model of the customer taking care of everything seems to be working.
