Really needs to work on customer service. Complaining I was cashing in lottery.. Then could order two different lottery was to uchfir her to handle. Then got the lottery after saying three one dollar tickets he grabbed three five dollar tickets and tried with me as to what lottery I wanted. Only thing good is crushed or. Self check out is making them lazy don't want to be bothered by customers

I used to stop here once to twice a day. I paid the monthly fee for the free soft drink each day. Suddenly, it stopped working. I continued to stop in and then they got the self checkout. I tried using it many times and it continuously charged for the wrong items then I had to wait for an employee to finally decide they could help. I stopped going to this gas station for about a year. Today I decided we would stop in for a couple drinks and a snack. The employee insisted you had to use the self checkout with him monitoring it. I had gotten a fountain refill and he seemed irritated that I didn’t know how to charge the refill. My husband got a slushie. There is a large sign over the slushie machine saying any size .79c. However it rang up .99. When my husband said it is supposed to be .79 the employee stated yes well the sign is wrong and we need to take it down some time, but it’s .99 and walked away.
Although we are in this town 5 days a week, we will go back to patronizing other convenience stores in town.

If they are going to close down for 3rd shift why don't they turn the sign light and the gas pump lights off so people can tell they are closed . I walk there and I can see it from a good distance away and if they looked closed I wouldn't walk all the way up there. All the lights were on on the inside and outside and even the sign next to the highway was lit up

I went in to ask an employee how to use “save 10 cents” fuel card because every way I tried myself didn’t work. The lady looked at me confused and said, “I don’t know, I’ve never seen that before. You can try swiping it and tapping it at the pump” and I said, “Yes, I’ve tried that and every other thing I can think of” and she basically just said sorry and that she didn’t know what else to do, so I’ve never been able to use this promo card. You would think the employees would know how to use it, let alone what it even is.

Made a stop as part of a cross-country road trip. Bathrooms are single occupancy and very clean. Clerk greeted me when I walked in. Had such a good experience relative to other stops to cause me to go through the trouble to write a review.
