Sale was good after that everything has been awful. I paid for the 8 year extended bumper to bumper warranty that was for a jeep not the 2022 F150 I purchased and I’m not convinced it is correct yet after a year. I now have issues with the headlights fogging up. Sat on hold for over 45 minutes the last two days and can’t get them to call me back now to set up a time for the work to be done.

I had no heat in my truck, Holzhauer’s was able to diagnosis the issue with no appointment and worked me in the schedule the next day to install the component after it arrived. In less than 24 hours I had heat again. Nathan and the service group are always great to deal with.

Went in for and oil change and tire rotation. I noticed they did not rotate at least the tires on the driver side. When I questioned the service person about it they said they only rotated two tires based on tread wear. I was charged full price of $25 for a tire rotation. This is a new vehicle with low miles and normal wear on the tires. The tires have been rotated at every oil change.

My sunroof in my 22 F250 exploded on I-64. I stopped at the next exit to clean the glass off me and my family and vacuum up all the little pellets of safety glass at a car wash down the road. On the way to the car wash we passed this Ford dealer. They tried to locate a roof panel for us but there were none anywhere close. Having to be on our way up to Omaha for a graduation, the folks in the service lane and body shop used crash wrap to seal up the new "hole" in the roof. They even fed my kid a couple hot dogs while we waited and then refused to take any money. I can't tell you how much my family and I appreciate the assistance and kindness. It's rare to see in the world today. Hopefully Ford will fix the roof when I get back to Kentucky. Thank you!

I have bought numerous Ford trucks from Holzhauers. They are detailed, honest, extremely straightforward, and their negotiations are always "best price in the area". I drive 6-hours to make deals with them; IT'S WORTH IT.

So far dealing with service is terrible. I've gotten 3 different promises and made schedule changes to pick up my truck from then and every time there's some kind of reason as to why it's not done. Do not ever go hear if you want a "quick fix". They told me they would have the part Friday and it would be ready Friday night. Well it's now Tuesday night and they said they started but haven't finished it yet. This place sucks service-wise. Do not ever use them.

Great experience on Sat with my son make his first “adult” purchase buying a new truck. Alex our salesman was wonderful, very patient in answering all our questions. Such a great experience for the both of us. I highly recommend Alex if you are in the need of a new vehicle!

I dealt with a salesman over the phone and text messages I picked out a folder I wanted and agreed on price got financed and approved I show up to pick up the cooler which is out front just been washed went over the folder with the salesman and I was happy with it we going to do the paperwork and the salesman says that the Vin numbers doesn't match up and try to charge me an extra $1400 so I asked for the manager when he finally came to me with an attitude and very rudely admitted that it was the salesman's fault but yet refused to work with me whatsoever after my credit has already been ran and after driving two hours to have someone to be rude and disrespectful is ridiculous I missed a days pay and drove two hours and having my credit ran which will be on there for seven years to have to have another company run my credit I will be taking this place to small claims for my lost wages driving two hours and having my credit ran for. Absolutely nothing stay away from these rude people

I am old enough to remember the good ol' days when car dealers didn't let a used vehicle sale happen without fixing the annoying problems that were found with a competent mechanic check of the vehicle. When we looked at a used F-150, the Tire Pressure Sensor light was on. The salesman said, "Well, we just got this truck in. The mechanic hasn't gone over it yet." I thought, "Great! This place actually checks their outgoing used vehicles." Imagine my disappointment when we returned the next day to purchase the truck, were told the mechanic had gone over it, and then when I got in it to drive home, the first thing I see when I start the engine is a big warning box saying "Tire Pressure Sensor Fault." On driving home, every time I hit a pothole, I got another message that the right rear door was ajar, when it wasn't. (My test drive did not include potholes-my bad.) Now, EVERY TIME I start the vehicle, I am reminded by the TP sensor fault like a giant billboard on my dash that "Holzhauer's Service Stinks." And then I hit "Okay." They fooled me once, but never again!! My recommendation is avoid this place like a plague. LOUSY.
