“Such a wonderful place with super helpful and kind people all around, ready to help (:
My family and I were traveling back home from Nashville, TN, to Nebraska, and ran into some car troubles along the way. Prior to hitting the road, we had been told by Firestone, that my boyfriend’s car needed his front and back brake pads replaced. We were prepared and hoping to make it back home to fix, however, right outside Nashville, IL, something popped and we knew we needed to get his car checked out ASAP, as we still had a 7 hour drive to go.
C.A.R.S staff were super accommodating the moment we arrived, and were inspecting my boyfriend’s car within minutes. The best news was that we were told there was nothing even wrong with his brake pads, and that his splash guard was popping off. Staff let my boyfriend borrow zip ties and other tools for him to do a quick fix to make it home. They were too kind and did not want to charge us for anything, however, we still offered for their services and expertise :)
