Currently traveling cross country on a bicycle. I stopped to get a few supplies. I have a small day bag I wear.
I was told "There's a sign up front stating no bags.".
Nothing was said to the older woman with the purse.
The employee came off rude, hostile and had me feeling like I was trying to shoplift. I asked to leave my bag behind the counter and she said I'd have to leave it outside the store because they can't be responsible.
I'm not going to leave my backpack with my important valuables sitting on my bike in front of the store.
I've never had this issue at a Dollar General before.

For such a small store they always have what I need in a pinch. The staff if very helpful, professional and friendly.

Avoid this store, half their product is like four months old. I for one got food poisoning. All the electronics are junk....& no return policy. And the staff.....zombies.Just no smile no nothing.Place is creepy.I for one will never go there again. And 2. Can't wait for it to get torn down especially with a huge roof leack causing mold.The town inspector will Take care of this soon

I don't know what this Rodney guys talking about but this is the nicest Dollar general store that I've ever been in and I've traveled from states to States so I know.The girls there are great they're always smiling and always buzzing around keeping busy I never find any of them not doing something. If I could nominate this store for some kind of a pizza party or something tell me where because they deserve it. The manager Heather I think it is is a machine I don't know how she does it.

My first time to this location. Friendly staff. Shelves well stocked. Prices are good. Sad to see that the grocery store in town is gone, but this store offers a good experience.

What a nice and clean store!The bathroom is the best I have seen in any Dollar General and I have been to many.Not only the cleanness also the associates that I met were very nice and hard working. Keep up the good work Nauvoo!

Unusually helpful & friendly staff, best options for great store brands, really good prices on national brands, remarkable selection of necessary needs that belies the small store's size. Cindy was wonderful recently.
