“We recently moved here 6 months ago. I have been inside this post office a few times and I have always been impressed with the courtesy the employees have shown me. They always had answers to my questions and I feel so comfortable going in there. I came from a bigger town where there were times I had to stand in a long line to be waited on. The last time right before Christmas I had run into my old home town on business and had a package to mail. The line there was so long but thought I would wait behind everyone. After 10 minutes and being there was still 8 people in front of me, I decided to run to my new post office in Neoga. Walked right in and within 2 minutes I had my package taken care of.This small town post office has surprised me in that I have never had to wait for more than a minute.”
