neoga usps is so lazy that the mailboxes are in clusters because they don’t wanna drive down the street. they leave our packages in the yard cause they’re too lazy to walk to the door. i had a package the size of a couch cushion full of electrical items and they were too lazy to bring it to the door so they repeatedly shoved it into the tiny mailbox as hard as they could and broke everything in it and ripped the package. they had to have been aggressively shoving it in for a while because i legitimately struggled to get it out and fell backwards when it finally came out. it is so ridiculous like neoga isn’t that big stop being so lazy

Postmaster stopped delivering mail to elderly parents with physical and cognitive impairments due to mailbox located at the entrance of circle drive. Mailbox has been in same location for 50 years.

Has to be the worst post office in the county if not the state. We swear they hold our mail in the post office or the carrier does bc it gets scanned in but never delivered that day. Or often get nothing 3-4 days in a row then 25 pieces on one day…

We recently moved here 6 months ago. I have been inside this post office a few times and I have always been impressed with the courtesy the employees have shown me. They always had answers to my questions and I feel so comfortable going in there. I came from a bigger town where there were times I had to stand in a long line to be waited on. The last time right before Christmas I had run into my old home town on business and had a package to mail. The line there was so long but thought I would wait behind everyone. After 10 minutes and being there was still 8 people in front of me, I decided to run to my new post office in Neoga. Walked right in and within 2 minutes I had my package taken care of.This small town post office has surprised me in that I have never had to wait for more than a minute.

We have recently moved just across Neoga and have changed our address for all our bills, doctors, and companies. However, this post office refuses to deliver our mail to the new address. Please beware as it has caused us to be late on several accounts, costing us additional fees for their perceived need for bureaucracy and control! We have moved several times before and never have had any difficulties. Small living town living at its best...

There is a really nice lady and the one guy is nice. Everyone else is pretty rude and acts annoyed by your very existence. The hours are annoying and ridiculous

Too early to say but package marked missed recipient when I was there and forced to go up to physically get it and that experience wasnt friendly to say the least. Not negative but def felt unwelcomed. But it wasn't the post master. Guess we'll see as ill come back and update this review accurately. Just real time packages..

The Neoga Post office is a very nice building. It was very clean and organized inside. It also has a very convenient location as it is located right in the center of town. It also has friendly staff and I enjoyed meeting these people. The post office included handicapped parking and a drive through mailbox as well. I liked it very much.
