Found this gem on Facebook. The Blue Grass Shack has started their workshops again. Today I learned how to play the ukulele. It was a beginner course. They have all kinds of string instruments to purchase. They offer lessons and even host jam sessions. What a fun store. Great people who run the shop. Go check it out

I recently purchased an upright bass from The Bluegrass Shack. The folks there were very kind and extremely knowledgeable of what they sell. I highly recommend this shop. It was well worth the 2hr drive for me to get there...I will return. Can't say enough good things. ?
The Bluegrass Shack specializes in acoustic instruments, accessories and repairs. Private and group lessons are available four days/evenings a week (Monday through Thursday). We have an on-site repair shop that specializes in repair and setup. In addition to acoustic instruments, we keep in stock a smaller inventory of electric and band instruments and accessories.
