Road Ranger, located on I-72 at Exit 82, is a popular stop offering a variety of services for travelers and drivers. The facility is known for its clean restrooms and showers, which are spacious, hot, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience for truck drivers. The staff, including employees like Mr. George and Lori, are friendly and go above and beyond to offer good service, making visitors feel welcome and cared for. The store features fresh coffee and delicious food options, with some reviews highlighting particularly helpful staff members who create customized sandwiches. However, there are some concerns about the availability of food options free from cheese, which can be problematic for those with food allergies or lactose intolerance. The fuel pumps are praised for being fast, and the station offers water to clean windshields. The station has about six truck lanes, but parking and access involve tight turns, which may require careful maneuvering. Overall, Road Ranger provides a clean, friendly environment with good service, making it a convenient stop for both drivers and travelers alike.

After a long drive, we stopped in and was greeted by Lori who went above and beyond in creating a sandwich masterpiece to fuel for the rest of the remainder of our journey. This subway was cleaner and friendlier than any other subway we have visited.

The reviews about this place are pretty spot on. Bathroom has a clogged drain and overflowing garbage cans. Staff standing around and chit-chatting at the front counter.
