I have been twice and both times I waited in the waiting room for forty minutes. Today, between waiting in the wating room and also in the office for the staff, I wasted an hour and fifteen minutes and $95 for them to give a two minute exam where they listened to my dogs heart, opened her legs and said the swelling is normal because she is in heat. Seriously, $95 just to look between her legs which she didnt even do thoroughly. I definitely do not recommend this overpriced vet.

They treated my dogs like family. I’m so happy I came here!
My dog had major surgery, which was stressful for everyone, but the team at New Lenox checked up on us during and post-surgery to make sure all was well.
My dog actually loves going to the vet now! Every time I grab his travel leash he runs to the door because he wants to go see his friends at the clinic!
I wish I had gone here sooner; the small office means it’s not overly chaotic, and there are no long wait times like elsewhere locally.
Definitely take your pets here. You won’t regret it!

I was so nervous to bring our newly adopted pitbull terrier in for her first visit. She’s high energy and I had no idea how she would act. Right from the get-go the front desk made me feel so welcomed and vet Em, and her nurse, were incredible! The care and love they showed my dog was beyond heartwarming. They made me feel more at ease and my dog did great durning the visit. Also, when we were leaving another dog came in, which made my dog, and me, nervous again. The ladies at the front desk were very willing and polite to offer any help, even offering to bring her back behind the desk to help us feel comfortable. Honestly, I can’t ask for anything better, and I will recommend them to everyone!

Different doctor every time you go in there.
My dog had a reaction to the Lyme Vaccine and they told me to go to the emergency vet.
Instead I went to Midwest. Midwest did simple things that they could have handled at New Lenox. I felt they pushed off my dog and instead of helping , just referred me to go spend $$$$ 215 dollars just to see a dr at Premier ER. Absolutely will NEVER be back.
Also the Vet tech seened personally offended that I wanted a script written for flea and tick preventative because Chewys prices are a lot more affordable.
Don’t waste your time here.

I've been taking my german shepherd here for the past 2 years. The staff is wonderful, caring and so loving of my Luna girl. They're always on top of everything, from reminding me of appointments to answering calls and emails right away. 10 out of 10 a great vet!

I LOVE Animal Clinic at New Lenox! Dr. Emily, Kelly, Morgan, Chris, and the entire team are absolutely incredible! Dr. Emily has been a miracle worker in solving all of my pit’s allergy issues that had lasted for years prior to being seen by her. She has extensive knowledge of pits and allergy issues, and the complete transformation my dog has made under her care shows. They treat your pet like it’s part of their own family. I strongly recommend Emily and the entire team for your pet needs. She is the most patient, dedicated, and caring vet I’ve ever had. The entire staff there are the absolute best! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

LOVE the fact that your business uses an app. Me and my family are first time pet owners with no previous pet experience and have found your app to provide such useful information (articles, posts, etc.) along with it being highly convenient for communication purposes. It confirms why we left our last vet clinic and came to you!

Rabies vaccine $177, and then $35 for the tag. Exam was $81, walked out paying $308. Called 5 vets around me and dug up other records, no one charged more than $60 for a 3 year cat rabies vacc, but it's at $177 here. The exam was not thorough at all, listened to lungs for 3 seconds and did not palpate any organs like Dr. Tekyl did. I believe it to be the new young vets, but unfortunately will not be going back here. You can go somewhere just as inadequate for way less the price. Really miss Dr. Tekyls knowledge and the overwhelming sense of caring he had for all the kiddos.

Very friendly staff. I been having some not so good customer service and not real good care for my pet and decided to give them a try. They are 45min away from my home but the drive was worth it. The vet seem like he cared of what I had to said, asked questions and answer all my questions. When I call to ask questions they take their time in listening and have gotten back to me in a promptly timely manner.

I cannot express words of how grateful I am for this clinic! My sister in law passed away unexpectedly and left behind, not only her children, but also her fur baby. While my other sister in law relocates her niece and nephews, we took in little Koko, temporarily.
Seeing as my other sister in law and niece are trying to figure out their new world without their mother or sister, I did not want to bother them with a huge vet bill.
Dr. Emily Dorjath, words cannot express how thankful I am for your kind heart and helping me, help them move forward through these difficult times. Soon enough, Koko will be back with her original family and it’s one less thing they have to worry about when she’s brought home! ? ? thank you soo soo very much!!

Terrible customer service. I called with an issue, was told the doctor would call me back and never did. Then I called again about a different issue which basically boiled down to they screwed up the Rx they wrote for my dog, and they would not fix the issue.
Update: In response the clinic offering for me to call in for help. I already have, 3 separate times. Each time the issue was not resolved. Plus, I was never able to actually speak to anyone in charge. I kept having to talk to a middleman that told me "This is what my boss is telling me." I was told I would receive a call back from the Vet in charge and never did.
