Extremely great place with great physical therapist and management. The facility is clean. They are very accommodating with scheduling. I’d I give them a 5 but the corporation screwed up by temporarily shutting down this facility. Your Frankfort facility is a dump compared toe both of the New Lenox facilities. Your PTs and management are not to blame just corporate.

I started my therapy at the Laraway NL location and finished it up at the Frankfort location. I had to transition to the other location due to the closing of the NL location. The transition was seamless and so easy to continue my therapy at the new location. Between Bridget organizing the new appointments to Jon making sure I was comfortable with the new location, the entire staff went above and beyond. Jon was simply amazing! I never thought I would "graduate" from therapy. He would adjust my sessions every time I came in based on what I was feeling. I never came in and just did the same thing as last time. He always made adjustments to help me progress. I highly recommend ATI and Jon specifically as a PT. If I ever need their services again, I know where I will be heading!

Just finished my therapy today and I wanted to thank Jon, Kate, Cassidy and Bridget for all their help in getting my knee back to full strength. I highly recommend using them if you are in need of therapy. Great people to work with.

I have been to this location twice for physical therapy. Very happy with the therapy I received. They are very organized. Accommodating to my schedule. I am especially thankful to Kate. If you put in the work you will get the results.

Great service and staff. I was there last year for my back and I came out feeling great! I’m back with a knee injury and have attended a few sessions. I am starting to get back strength in my knee.

I have been in therapy at ATI for 5 weeks. I cannot say enough about the care I received from the staff. Everytime I came in the door, I was greeted by each one of them, also they genuinely cared about the care they gave you. I would definitely recommend ATI to anyone. I actually never thought I would miss therapy as much as I do.

The whole staff works with me, so I get a variety of perspectives. I’m greeted, by name, as soon as I enter and all are familiar with my case. I feel like they are working all the right areas and my pain is diminished.

I have never felt so much personal care and concern as I did at ATI in New Lenox. Everyone is so professional and involved in everybody's individual physical health. They work above and beyond to immediately put you on a track of recovery. I have been there after two different surgeries and can't thank them enough for helping in the recovery process. You guys are the best!

I feel very welcomed as they greet you as you come in. They are goal orientedThey listen to your concerns and keep Dr updated. Everything is kept very clean.Very impressive group of therapist.??

Had tkr and the entire staff and physical therapist were there to greet me when I walked in and had a plans to help me recover. They listen to you when you ask them about anything and will push you to do what’s best for you, but not over do it.I teach Jazzercise and they helped me reach my goal of returning to teach after 10 weeks. They are so well trained. I almost did not want to stop going? such a great experience. Thank you all so much! Keep up the good work. You all really do make a difference!
