The employee was the only one working and seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of customers in the store. I needed tech support and he told me he wasn’t good at that. He was asking me questions while still waiting on the person in front of me. I went down the street to another store and received excellent customer service.

Staff is nice but the three times i have went into the store my bill has gone up. Didn't buy anything went in to get sim card. I'll start going back to the store in mokena. Tired of calling billing to get my bill fixed because of this store

The customer service at this store is phenomenal! Really great employees they helped me a ton! I recommend this place to everyone. I got my kid his first phone here and they helped me pick out the best phone for him!! I even went back a week later for myself to get a new phone!

Sales rep at the store blatantly lied to me several times in order to take advantage of me and raise costs. Found a wall charger added to my bag after I left even though all I bought was a case. I told them I don’t use hot spot and they increased it from 5 to 60 gigs. I told them I didn’t want insurance and instead they added insurance to every line on the plan. One call to general AT&T got everything removed and resolved. I’ll never go back to this store again and cannot recommend against it more highly.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT&T?The store and employees were fine. I signed up for there home internet service. Which was completely useless. Slow as snails and would barely work. My tv kept spinning. I canceled the service right away. They said I would not be charged anything if I cancel service right away. But that didn’t happen it turned into a billing nightmare with AT&T. They kept charging me on auto pay. Had to call multiple times. Wasting hours of my life for them to correct this and charge back my card. They kept saying they fixed and that it won’t happen again. I had to cancel auto pay on my end. They couldn’t do it. But it didn’t end there now I am getting final notice email of late payment they say that I owe. Now they are trying to bill me for set up their service that didn’t work. Beware of this company. It’s not free to try their services out.I ended up switching to Comcast with unlimited data. Comcast Xfinity home WiFi is far superior to AT$T. Do not use AT&T. Wish I would have known this before I signed up. Would have saved me a lot of headaches :(
