WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT&T?The store and employees were fine. I signed up for there home internet service. Which was completely useless. Slow as snails and would barely work. My tv kept spinning. I canceled the service right away. They said I would not be charged anything if I cancel service right away. But that didn’t happen it turned into a billing nightmare with AT&T. They kept charging me on auto pay. Had to call multiple times. Wasting hours of my life for them to correct this and charge back my card. They kept saying they fixed and that it won’t happen again. I had to cancel auto pay on my end. They couldn’t do it. But it didn’t end there now I am getting final notice email of late payment they say that I owe. Now they are trying to bill me for set up their service that didn’t work. Beware of this company. It’s not free to try their services out.I ended up switching to Comcast with unlimited data. Comcast Xfinity home WiFi is far superior to AT$T. Do not use AT&T. Wish I would have known this before I signed up. Would have saved me a lot of headaches :(

The staff was excellent. They spent over an hour helping me transfer 2 new phones. They were friendly and most accommodating. After all that, was not charged for their time and trouble. Thumbs up for the great service.

Beware of this location. Not only did they swap and mess up my children’s cellular watch numbers, they added an unauthorized (and unneeded) line to our account which would have cost us money and earned them a commission. This was never discussed so it could not have been a miscommunication and it was not assigned to any device so it would have just been sitting there stealing money from us. The girl that was helping me acted annoyed when I was confused why the numbers for my children’s watches were switching or no longer needed. She told me my daughter’s watch could use her cellphone number and ring when it was near her even though that wasn’t the case which could have had negative consequences if an emergency had occurred. I was very clear that we wanted both devices to work independently of each other. Spent another 2 hours getting things ironed out at another location with the kindest and most knowledgeable people in Frankfort.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Stephanie getting new iPhones for my wife and me. She went over and above in guiding us through the process and helping us every step of the way. She's an amazing employee and a great reprresentative for AT&T!!

They don't even deserve 1 - ZERO STARS. Store manager (SHOUTOUT TO STEPHANIE) likes to blame outside circumstances as excuses to their behavior and take zero responsibility. Terrible customer service. Clueless. Was going to get a line transferred to AT&T and the worker pulled the wrong number. (Clearly Stephanie is hiring incompetent workers) Leaving wrong number out of service for over 8 hours. They did nothing to help the wrong number customer even though it was an AT&T mistake. They will not cover any fees associated with their mistake. Their phone customer service is absolutely awful and they spent more time arguing with the wrong customer than helping. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
