Scott’s is right down the street from us. Their location is convenient and the staff are honest and friendly. I wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else for service. I appreciated they were able to get my car in for an inspection quickly and address my concerns. Thank you!

I’ve been to a lot of tire stores over the years, always hunting for the best deals, and I’ve finally settled on Scott’s. They always start by asking what kind of car I have and then match me with the best high-quality tire at a fair price. And without fail, they manage to find a discount for me.
What I really appreciate is that they never try to upsell me to the most expensive option or whatever tire gives them the biggest margin. They actually listen and pick what fits my needs. The counter staff is consistently professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
It’s real customer service - something that feels like a lost art these days.
Yeah… I’m a big fan!

Service was amazing, came in for a low tire. Crew found a puncture in the side wall, they had a tire next day. I was running late with the toddler and called to see if it was ok for me to come in still. They fit me in and replaced the tire and rotated them. Both visits I brought my three year old and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly with him. The waiting area is very clean and homey, the changed the channel to hot wheels for him and let him run around. Great place and awesome people!

Had my tires rotated in Iowa on Friday morning. Drove to Mokena that afternoon with a terrible vibration. Called Scott’s Saturday morning to see if they could get it in for a tire balance. They said bring it over. I dropped it off and was notified a couple hours later that it was done. Drove back to Iowa the next day and truck drove great with no vibration. Great customer service and fair price. Thank you

I had a new tire purchased and pressed on my mag.Wheel Torque Thrust .. I purchased the tires and wheels from them in 2023 .They hammered a wheel weight on my wheel, damaging it.on 9-3-2025 . To this day 10-10-2025 they have not replaced my wheel .
I've done a lot of business with them since the early 2000s but this looks like it may have been the last one. I gave them the opportunity to replace the wheel or give me 4 that match . They seem to just be blowing off a customer . So if you're taking your mag wheels in there, or you personal car ,I would look for damage on pickup and expect to never see compensation .
This was on my 65 Mercury Cyclone.
The color was different.The wheel was machine different, and they had my old wheel to verify.But look at the picture of what they gave me off color wrong machining .
I used to work in automotive service.I would have never allowed this kind of mistake to happen .

Loved this automotive repair shop! I accidentally showed up an hour before my appointment, but they accommodated me anyway. No complaints about my oil change and tire rotation. They even addressed my pesky TPMS dash light. The staff were professional, friendly and I like how they asked specific questions about my car’s issues and notated same within their system. After service, when I left, my old car definitely had a decidedly pep in its step. All in all, a great experience with a quality shop.

A quick phone call, a little bit of tire info/vehicle info, they expedited the tire I needed to their shop same day, installed within my time crunch same day, price was comparable or even better than most other tire stores, brad was great to work with, would definitely recommend and use in future
