Had 11 fraudulent charges on my savings account in two days and never received a email, text or call. Had to close all accounts, open new ones and BMO would not give me back the $4000 until I had my laptop cleaned to confirm no virus on my laptop at MY COST! switched banks and it costed my 2 nightmare weeks! I agree totally with Lois P in that in the age of the internet this bank chooses to move at a snails pace when it is convenient for them and bad for their customers. I made a large deposit and was told that the funds would be placed on hold for 7 business days. When asked why, the answer was "It is our policy." We all know that banks communicate with each other in ways other than the US postal service. So, the reason to hold their customers funds for such a long time can only be construed in my opinion, as a money grabbing corporation looking out not for its customers but its bottom line. Shame on BMO Harris and shame on me for being a customer for over 20 years. With so many banking options available today, I look forward to choosing a bank that serves its customers better.

I have been using this location for 41 years. The staff is helpful, professional and dedicated to all of their clientele!! Dyan is absolutely extraordinary!! Through the years, I have called her so many times with what I think is the most complicated situations and questions, yet she immediately knows the answer and helps me out right away! She is so knowledgeable and patient!! I could never thank her enough!!! The ladies at the drive-thru windows are awesome! They do their absolute best to handle everybody's banking needs as quickly and accurately as possible and with a smile!! They all do a really wonderful job at this location!! Bravo!!

Very slow drive through was first one here and still waiting 10 minutes just for a deposit, teller no longer at window must be running from drive through customers to inside bank customers. They need to hire additional staff. Wow still waiting....do yourself a favor and go to a different BMO.
