“Gigi’s Sweets has been a favorite of mine since its inception. The ice cream, popcorn, and candies are the best this side of the Mississippi. I’m in New Jersey, however, I usually make Gigi’s one of my first stops when I’m in town. It’s the BEST.”
“Having moved out of the Chicago area, I really missed my Fannie May candy. Visiting the Homer Glen area I stopped in the store to buy over $100 worth of Fannie Mae to take home. They did have 30% off of certain items, and then 10% off the rest of the store. The clerk seemed as if they were new and not very knowledgeable, but was very friendly and helpful. It did take her some extra time to figure out the discounts and then she put a nice bow on my mom's candy. All in all we were happy to leave with Fannie May candy to take home since we are unable to find Pixies and any of the chocolates in Florida.”

“This is a great little candy shop, the kids that work there are always friendly. The only reason I dropped a star is because they seem to close early or not open at all way to easily. Closed early Saturday night, closed the Friday it was cold, then two days later when we had a blizzard that never happened. If I packed my kids in the car and took a ride there only to find they were not open, I would be upset.”
