They were also able to work with me on availability with my work schedule. Mike came out and measured within 15 minutes. I set up a date for the following week that worked with my schedule. “We shopped several local flooring stores and the big box stores before I stumbled upon Kevin and his team at Marchio Carpet in downtown Lockport. Best find we have made in a while. Prices were extremely competitive, but the service is what was overwhelming. Jordan took care of a lot of my questions, and he and Kevin took over and made the whole process extremely smooth. “I purchased a new home on May 1which needed over 1,000 square feet of new flooring. Prior to that date Lee and Rick helped me to pick out LVP that was both cost effective and beautiful. On May 2 the installers came and installed all the flooring in 2 1/2 days which included a Saturday. The installation was very professionally and very well done. Warren was great in setting up the date and time for the installation since I needed a certain section of the flooring done before May 3 so the movers could complete their job and it was completed with no problem.
