I absolutely love this pharmacy. It has been the only one that I prefer going to in the last 4 years. From the front back to pharmacy, nothing but kind staff. They would get ten stars if I could give it.

I started coming to this CVS pharmacy about a year ago and I have received nothing but kindness as well as some of THE BEST customer service ever! Especially from one of the pharmacy technicians, Megan (I hope I’m spelling that right). Every month I come in and she always greets me with a smile and is so very helpful if I have any questions or concerns. She truly goes above and beyond! She is the reason I keep coming back to this CVS pharmacy!

Thank you to the patient pharmacist tonight in the drive through. As luck would have it I needed a prescription my first week at my new job and didn't have my ID card yet. She went above and beyond to find my account and get me checked out. She was friendly the entire time. This was my first time at CVS and Ill definitely be back.

I'd like to give a compliment to the CVS on Maple Street in New Lenox. The Staff in the Pharmacy are excellent and proficient, always going the extra mile to help. Manager Jennifer has always handled my medical questions professionally and efficiently. Staff in the rest of the store additionally are always ready to assist, above and beyond expectations. I’ve been using this CVS for about 8 years and up until around 3 or 4 months ago they were always very friendly, helpful and understanding of my situation with required monthly medications. Now, except for one pharmacist who’s been there for a few years, the newest and I believe the lead pharmacist, acts like I’m a common criminal when I call or ask for my prescribed refills.I’m sure like anywhere else these days they’re under staffed and over worked but that doesn’t give anyone the right to be short and callous with customers that for whatever reason are prescribed medications they might not agree with.

This has got to be HANDS DOWN the nicest CVS store I have been to. All the employees including the manager (Kristin?? I think) was so helpful and kind. It’s worth the extra few minutes drive to go to THIS store!

Was met at the door asked if i needed anything said i was coming to pick up a few things asked again what i needed. Store clerk walked to what i need and walked me straight to cash register didnt know i was a criminal but thanks i now know never to walk in your store again.
