Great customer service here!!!! Jason, the store manager made me feel like I was a super important customer when I had an unexpected flat tire and needed immediate help to get back on the road. Definitely top notch service over there!

We were on our way to a competition and heard a clicking noise from one of our tires. We ended up stopping by to get it checked on a busy Saturday and I was were able to get our tire fixed so quickly. Thank you!

If I could give more than 5 stars for these guys I would! After an unfortunate blowout, the manager Jason went above and beyond to help me get a new tire mounted and ready to roll. It's rare to see a business provide the level of customer service I received at Discount Tire and I can't recommend them enough for it.

Place has gone downhill. These people tried ripping me off last time saying I needed TPMS Sensors when the idiot technicians didn't know what they're doing. They didnt reset my vehicle prpperly after rotating the tires. This time I had a screw in tire Brian said bring it in they'd fix it right away. No need for appointment. Bring it in and they now say 2 hour wait. Excuse me? Had I known that I'd of scheduled an appointment. Brian and the rest of them are liars. Reported to BBB I'll go to Joliet from now on

Bought tires on eBay as well as a set of OEM TPMS sensors. Got a quote for the above items at a great price and booked an appointment. Job was completed in about an hour. The install went flawless. Very pleased with the work that was done and I get free tire rotations included! Yes I would recommend Discount tire . Yes I've also used them in the past ! Lucky to have them in the community! Never had a bad experience!
