Ordered a part with another company though engine masters. Engine masters didn't have the old correct part number I requested but told the other company it should work even knowing it was different. Now returning it and I have to pay shipping and a restocking fee because EM screwed up. Misleading information to make a sale! If you don't have the part just say so! I could of bought another engine at the price of what this is going to cost me in time and money returning. VERY disappointed!

Well I went in this company to see if they rebuilt muscle car engines. They do not anymore. They work on industrial engines now. Used to sponsor race cars at the old Santa fe speedway in Hinsdale. How cool is that!

Paid good $$ to have generator rebuilt. Beyond disappointed. Their "warranty" might as well be 15 minutes after you walk out the door. Owner laughed and said maybe 3 weeks until they can look at the same damn generator they promised was fixed last time. No offer to try to fit us in. No offer of recommending an alternative facility (with better customer service). No offer to sell us the parts so we could try to fix it ourselves. "Too bad." "Get your generator fixed much?" Arrogant and rude. No wonder they have such a long wait, if every job has to keep coming back over & over again. It's a generator, not a nuclear reactor. They promised they knew how to fix it, took our $$$$, and here were are stranded in 90+ degree heat with no power for our motorhome and no A/C. What a major disappointment. We will never get fooled by this place again. (BTW, Found another place. They helped us right away. And they FIXED it the right way!)
