Fifth Third Bank & ATM is a wonderful branch with friendly and helpful staff. The building is clean and the team works fast. The staff is noted for being supportive hard workers and true team players. However, some customers find it odd that certain locations do not accept coin deposits, citing broken machines with no repair plans. Despite this, the service is consistently described as amazing and awesome, which is why customers keep coming back. The overall experience is positive, with many having no plans to use any other bank.
Worst customer service ever dont know how bank stays in business too slow no help. will not go back to this location again.
