Called to check for an item was on hold for over 5 mins and gave them a benefit and said they probably forget or busy. Called twice, and the call was forwarded to message abd automatically hung up on me. Hire more professional customer service

The sales girl was fantastic, the reason I'm giving them 3 stars and not below is because of her. If your shopping there beware of the price increase on the games. I just purchased Hogwarts Legacy PS5 for a Christmas gift. The price marked New $69.99. When I got it home to wrap, I removed the price tag. The tag stuck below it $49.99. I will never shop there again.

Pretty good selection, but they don't have any previous generation (Xbox 360/PS3) games at all.

The 2 times I've been back recently the employee has a friend on speaker airing dirty laundry. While in today the lady on the speaker phone was swearing while a child was in the store. Get better standards.

The clerk was very rude. We traded some games and when we got home, the clerk accidentally put the wrong game in the case. We went back to exchange it a few days later and was refused by Coco. I told her the entire transaction is the computer. She refused to look it up. When I asked for the customer service phone number, she told me to Google it. So here I am on Google! Very bad customer service!

Just left the store. What service! The manager (I missed his name but a tall slender fellow with a long beard) was so accommodating for our warranty on our Nintendo Switch as well as making sure we got a warranties on our new items and gave great knowledge on the games we purchased for our sons birthday. Was so impressed by the customer service he offered. Will definitely be making this store our go to. Awesome job.

Called to ask if they had a specific game, new or used, they said they did not. Then the person on the phone told me to buy it digitally. I wanted the physical copy so I just ordered it off Amazon instead. Then a few days later I came in to pre order a different game, the employee tried to convince me to buy the game digitally so I could play it earlier. Just doesn't make sense to me how a company makes money off selling and buying games is essentially recommending I spend my money on games somewhere else. Why even both with gamestop if the employees at gamestop tell you to buy it somewhere else? I don't get itNice store tho

Great place for games ? and Collectibles. I didn't have to look for any games I gave the employee my list and he got all my games for me. Now that the ez way ro shop lol ?

This location has arguably the most helpful staff around. More female employees is a great way to make young girls (like my kids) feel more accepted about being "gamer" girls/"nerds". They seem to have more plush collectibles in stock here, too. I've been able to snag several hard to find Pokemon and Mario All Stars here that I thought I'd have to chase on eBay. Great staff, great store.

It was okay. The employees were good. Not sure about the inventory. They display everything but they don't have everything in stock.
