Love this Goodwill store. Always a great place to find art, home goods and especially ladies fashion. Store is always neat and organized. Great work by your employees.

Before the pandemic, very good store, good prices. After the pandemic everything changed, everything was very expensive, they want to sell it to you as if it were new. Go to the ROSS. best option to buy clothes.

As a former worker here, I can tell you confidently that this company is disgusting and is only in it for themselves. Do NOT donate your goods here, it's just making another rich person have a deeper pocket. They throw out alot of your donations and send some to corporate to sell. Give your items to a homeless shelter please.

Very clean, organized and well managed store. You won't find a lot of junk here, it's one of the nicer resale shops. For that reason some prices are a little high but still great bargains.

Goodwill Industries is privately held and not at all a non for profit OR GOOD for anyone but themselves. The only "missions" they provide is to serve ONLY themselves. Don't let their poor puppy eye look deceive you into ROUNDING UP TO NEAREST DOLLAR FOR GOODWILL MISSIONS - as the only mission they have are their deep pockets. They are just about the worst insult to the general public. Their business is They receive donations, mark them up to the highest possible price (saw a Dollar Tree plastic measuring cup - used - marked for $3.99 ! Laughable !) If anything of significant value is donated its sent to international auction to gather huge profits. They are collecting more and more money for their private CEO and Goodwill is selfish, evil and a disgusting disgrace

Terrible donation experience with rude worker today.I went to donate beautiful designer clothing of my deceased father and they said I couldn't just pour the items into their bins and they require it to be boxed or bagged. I didn't know this as I've been to other Goodwill centers and they are happy to take the items or offer a box or bag.The young man there was very belligerent. And not at all helpful. I said they do at another locations. His answer was, well we aren't that location and turned his back and walked away. Didn't say I'm sorry but we can't do that here. Total rudeness. It's hard enough donating things from a recently deceased family member but to have someone be snotty about it and make the experience worse is awful. Do they train these people in customer service and compassion? They need to. This guy belongs in the back room alone, not customer facing.Horrible experience. I won't be donating any goods there ever again. Several other options.

Prices for ALL mens jeans are now 12.99 and up! Shoes are either in TERRIBLE condition or $30 for a dirty pair that won't fall apart. All the workers are having a hard time keeping up with all the overages of inventory cluttering all the racks and shelves because no one is buying at these crazy high prices. For a not for profit store, it looks like all they care about is profit. Most of this still will end up at the Goodwill Outlet where it's sold for $1.38 per pound. Might as well just go to a retail store since the prices are practically the same and they have all brand new stuff with ALL the sizes I need. This store has great employees that seem to be failed by higher level management. Shame.

Lynnette made my day at Goodwill. Birthday coming up and being rewards member got me the trifecta discount deal as Lynnette so greatly put it. Fantastic customer service and it was a true pleasure shopping today at one of my favorite locations.
