    My daughter has gotten so much stronger and improved her speed in just 8 weeks of training! We are so happy she gave GPS a try & will continue her training between her HS sport seasons! Staff has been wonderful to work with and extremely supportive of our daughter! Thank you Cam and Staff!

    The best gym you will ever go to! The owner, Cam, is true professional. His directions are clear, concise, and to the point. The workouts are somehow fun despite squatting 100+ lbs. Big fan of GPS!
