Was told to pick a color and sit down. I then sat there waiting for almost an hour with not even water to soak in before I got up and just left. I understand if you’re busy, but if they had told me I’d be waiting that long, I wouldn’t have wasted my afternoon.

I love Hanacy! I have been going to Hanacy since they opened 15+ years ago and have always received such great manicures and pedicures! They are very friendly, detailed, hygienic and fast. I have never experienced any problems and they deliver beyond my expectations when I ask for specialty designs! I love getting a relaxing leg and foot massage with my pedicures and wrist and arm massage with my manicure too. Hanacy is my only choice for nail services!

Been coming here for years, they have very reasonable prices and attentive service. Highly recommend coming when they’re not busy as they don’t have a lot of staff. Call ahead for appointment is best.

I had rotator cuff surgery and they were so gentle and kind when filing my nails. Very reasonable. Very clean.

they aren’t bad overall but she did not even try matching the tips to my nails.. it looks like they are a week old and i got them done yesterday.
